How did I not know about this amazing gadget?! It’s a game changer for sure. I used it overnight and already can feel a difference in my shoes. It’s a smart design that allows you to adjust the width and length as needed and includes accessories to target particularly problematic areas. I will say the sizing is off. I purchased a women’s medium which stated it fits sizes 6 1/2 to 10. I’m a solid size 8 and it barely fit in my shoes and actually caused the heel area to become loose which was NOT the objective. Other than that, it’s a great product, good quality, easy to use. It is a bit expensive and there should be a more economical option for buying a pair. I bit the bullet and bought two because I just can’t be bothered with stretching one shoes at a time. Overall I’m pleased and excited that I’ll be able to wear these sneakers comfortably! For me the total stretch so far has been less than a half size but I’m confident that the longer I use it the more they’ll stretch. I didn’t even bother with the spray I bought because they’re clearly stretching fine without it.

I have six pair of high-quality loafers that I stopped wearing because of a small bunion on my right foot. I have previously purchased various shoe stretchers, both plastic and wood, and had almost given up as none seemed to work. I purchased Foot Fitter about three days ago and have already stretched and enjoyed wearing my comfortable loafers. The Foot Fitter is perfect, sturdy and easy to use. There are so many options to stretch any part of your shoe. One of my best purchases.

This is a top of the line (last you a lifetime, if not multiple lifetimes). But the price is high, and VERY high considering they only send you ONE of them. Yes, you have to buy two of these if you want to stretch both shoes at the same time. I only knocked off one star because it was in the description (and reviews) that you only got one stretcher. But still knocked off one star because of the high price.Otherwise a 5 star shoe stretcher. You are going to pay for it though. But on the otherhand, you only have to buy these once....they do everything and your shoe is likely to break before these do. Very high quality, very high price.

I rarely write reviews, but am making an exception because this Shoe Stretcher from HOUNDSBAY, did what never happens… it exceeded my expectations. I can’t even recall when I received somethingwhich turned out to be better than anticipated. The HOUNDSBAY shoe stretcher isn’t cheap at $72, but it IS a heavy-duty piece of gear. Solid and heavy. Not at all like the typical plastic and wood stretchers, such as one I’ve owned many years. Also, it has the ability to stretch the LENGTH of a shoe. Obviously, no shoe stretcher is going to be able to solve every issue, nor will it make a size 9 into a 10.5, but this stretcher will do the job better than any other one I’ve seen or used. Even the removable pieces to enable targeted stretching (for bunions etc.) are solid metal, not plastic.As I’ve aged, my feet have flattened, and I have a bunion issue, so want to enlarge, where possible, shoes which are still good, but too snug. That’s what this stretcher is made to do. In using it, you have to work a little to get it in place, due to the wood piece which stretches length. Placing it in a pair of loafers, required pushing down on the side of the shoe. In the instructions, they note this, and suggest getting a smaller size stretcher if you are close or between sizes. I went with Medium, and would not have been able to fit a larger one into my loafers.Sure, I would have preferred it cost $50 or so to $72, but frankly, I would rather pay a bit more and get something of truly high quality like this one, than spend $20 less for one of lesser quality. The HOUNDSBAY stretcher is a one time purchase, and short of losing it, will last you decades. Here’s hoping I last as long…. IF you are vacillating over spending this much for a stretcher, if it lets you wear a couple pairs of good quality shoes more comfortably, you’ve near paid for it already. Since you can return it IF it isn’t to your liking, what do you have to lose.

I bought this because I’ve gone through quite a few of the cheap $20 because they break pretty easily. I was expecting a pair. I guess I didn’t read the description well. The stretcher is unimpressive. It doesn’t stretch width nearly as much as a less expensive brands. I tried it in a Jordan 1 High and it wasn’t stretching the width at all. I was afraid to try turning to much because that usually breaks the cheap ones. But even when the stretcher isn’t in a shoe I saw that the max width wasn’t as wide as the plastic ones. I wish I’d just bought another pair of those. At least I’d get 2. Not worth the fortune it costs.
