The literal amount of elemental Magnesium itself which is out of that compound is 60mg. (Meaning the remaining 340mg is the (glycine) amino acid. For instance the RDA says 400-420 mg daily for men and 310-320 mg for women of elemental Magnesium. Use the 60mg in the capsule to compare to the recommended amount.
