NEGATIVE 100 stars!!!Was really hoping to like this product as I have purchased many of this brands other products with great results. BUT… I put this on and 1st off upon opening the cap the product burned my eyes without it being anywhere near my face 2nd rolled it over an affected area and omg burned horribly and after half hour had to shower required washing twice with soap and no relief and used dawn dishwashing liquid followed by olive oil 3 times with slight relief. Saw a doctors report to try rubbing alcohol that did seem to help the most. 3rd BEWARE when you shower the steam and moisture from the shower creates a situation like being sprayed with pepper spray I coughed for quite awhile and had to keep the vent fan running for an hour. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this to anyone for any reason!

Works as it should. If you can't take extreme heat, then capsaicin is not for you. (Maybe try menthol or lidocaine)

TALK ABOUT A SLOW BURN!Edit: Because I used/opened the product, I couldn't return it! I purchased a recommended product by my doctor called Rock Sauce. It's still capsaicin based and the effects are a whole world of difference!I put this on my knees around 12:30 in the afternoon and by 9:30 that night my knees were on fire! Also, they mean it when the package says don't touch the area and then your face or eyes. It does not wear off. It is super long lasting. ALSO, I have small children... You do the math!I tried to wash the surface with a wet wipe and made it worse! 1/5 do not recommend!

husband uses it for the pain derived from zoster after 2months his almost out of pain, the capsaicin is the one that does wonders, he used the cream and patches and now he is using the roll on

It worked for me on localized areas. I did not have the burning issues some others have reported. The roller makes it harder to apply to larger areas

Do not buy this unless the pain is so intense that you are willing to feel like someone poured boiling oil on you! The burning is intense and extremely irritates the skin. Now if you decide to buy it once you apply it and the burning is intense trow some peanut butter on the affected area and it will calm down the burning within 20 minutes. Leave it on for a couple hours and you will be back to normal. Its truly like icy hot X100.

Chalk me up as another burn victim. I guess some people have a sensitivity to capsacin and I am one of them. I got this for neuropathy in my toes and rubbed it on. It wasn't warming at all - my toes felt like they were one fire. I don't know if it relieved any pain, but that burn certainly allowed me to focus on something other that neuropathy pain. I would never use this on my back or neck. My review is based on my results. If you can tolerate capsacin, this may work very well, but if you the least bit sensitive, I'd avoid this product and any product with capsacin as an ingredient.
