Great customer service. Had a minor issue with the item when it arrived. One of the camera lenses protectors was cracked (the packaging was also damaged - definitely more an Amazon shipping issue than a product issue). I emailed support like the packaging insert instructed and was mailed a replacement immediately.I’ve used these cases on all my iPhones to date and never had any issues. The sleek minimal design of these case with the bonus screen and camera lenses protectors makes them ideal for someone like me who doesn’t want the excess bulk most other cases add to the device. This case is more than sufficient for protection from everyday handling.Because I’m very meticulous with my electronic devices, I’ve never dropped or severely damaged one. Therefore, I cannot speak to just how protective this case in such incidents. I can say that the included screen protector did fully protect my screen when a clumsy friend dropped their glass on my phone while it was sitting on a table. The screen protector cracked fully but my phone screen beneath was unharmed. Not even a tiny splinter. I just removed the damaged protector, replaced it with the spare and…voila!I will continue to use Tauri cases now and in the future when I upgrade my device; just as I’ve done the last several years. I’ve gotten tremendous value for my money and great customer service when needed.

We never use our iPhones without a phone case. We traded our iPhone 11 sets last week for iPhone 16; when I removed the old, beat up phone cases the iPhones themselves were still pristine.This phone case is clear, which helps us distinguish our iPhones at a glance because one is blue and the other green. They were easy to install, and the included screen protectors were applied without a hitch on one phone. (The other has a couple of "dust dots" underneath; I used canned air on the second one before pressing it down and it looks perfect.)My phone spends most of its time in my pocket, and while it's too soon to know for sure, so far the phone case has shown good scratch resistance. The phone feels good in my hand when I grip it. And of course I feel like the inside is fully protected, which is the main reason we use a phone case.The case does not interfere with the charging functionality, which is important with an iPhone 16 phone case.

I'm writing this review about 2.5 years after applying this product to my iPhone 14 Pro. It was easy to apply and has help up great. I came back to write this review after I dropped my phone face down on a road, and it looked like the screen shattered. I was annoyed at myself for dropping it and figured I'd have to pay a lot out of pocket to get the screen repaired. However, I remembered the screen protector I had put on years ago and carefully peeled it off. To my amazement, the screen protector took all the damage (see photo) and the iPhone screen beneath was perfectly intact. The best part was a second screen protector was included in the original package, so I didn't even have to order a new one and was able to fix it immediately. Great product!

This seller is absolutely outstanding. I had the screen protector on my iPhone 15 Pro for about a year, and it did its job perfectly when I accidentally dropped my phone—the protector cracked, but the phone screen remained intact. When I replaced it with the spare included in the package, a few edges didn’t sit quite right—likely due to an error on my part during installation. I reached out to the seller hoping they might send me a replacement screen protector, and after confirming my original order, they sent me an entirely new package. Their customer service is truly top-notch—they really care about their customers.

This was my second purchase of this specific iPhone case. I was rebuying this case because I dropped my phone (protected by this same case), and the (formerly included) lens protector had done its job - it broke, but saved the camera lens on my phone. Upon receipt of the new case, I learned that this product no longer comes with a protector for the camera lens (although it did previously.)I emailed Tauri support about this, and they replied "the latest product doesn't contain the camera protector. Because Apple lenses use high-strength materials, they are not easily damaged or scratched. Also, installing a lens protective film may also affect the photo quality."Still, I prefer the peace of mind of the camera lens protector, and I never had photo quality issues for the two years that my camera lens was covered by one. Caveat emptor!Otherwise, the product is great - the front screen and sides are very well protected - but having the camera lens exposed now makes me nervous.

Dude, I got this for just $7. I didn’t expect it to fit so perfectly on my 16e. The screen protector is actually solid! Really responsive, and I lined it up perfectly on my first try I started by matching the earpiece slit and slowly let it fall down and let the adhesive do its thing. It covers the whole screen with just a tiny gap at the bottom if you check , but that would just be extra for covering the black border the 16e has. Super easy to put on and take off, buttons feel great, and it definitely seems like it could handle a solid drop.Jel Boyz stamp of approval👍👍

I’m satisfied with this case—good price and fits my phone perfectly. The cover is easy to put on, and the screen protector was a breeze to install myself (and I usually don’t have the patience for that). Best part—no bubbles at all when applying the screen protector. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best phone case I have ever had in my life! I’m not the type of person to write Amazon reviews, but this just blew me away. The case is thick and slightly rubbery, but also smooth and not annoying. I would estimate the thickness to be about a third of an inch very thick and feels very well built.It’s so nice and heavy duty that I frankly do not care if it yellows overtime and will happily buy another one! Very strong very durable feels like amazing quality for the price point!
