This is the worst hair product ever. My mom got this for me about a decade ago and what happened was the product got intertwined amongst each other and was useless. Please note that she hadn't purchased it from Amazon back then. It hurts my feelings because those sales people who weren't obviously didn't care about customers sold this worthless product along with the "locking" spray that I don't know if it actually worked because I never needed them as this so called hair fiber turned into little bubbles which we thought happened because of fog that entered our house in Darjeeling which is a cold place. She had got it for more than 2000 Rupees for me. In fact my mom was told that the liquid would help the hair grow back in those areas that I'm bald. Also, when my mom called them they suggested to put the hair fiber onto a news paper and rub them after folding the newspaper! Obviously, didn't try that. Now, the only reason I ordered this was because this was the only hair loss concealer that was available to be delivered within two days. However, it didn't arrive within two days. My hair caught all my colleagues' attention and it was quite awkward for me for two days. When it finally arrived I received only 20 grams of this product when I had ordered for 30 grams only to realize that it still intertwined to form balls and my colleagues were probably making fun of my hair behind my back both literally and figuratively. Hence, called customer service who initiated the refund of the entire amount and didn't ask me to return the product. The built quality is absolutely disgusting and not at all user friendly. As Amazon did try to help and as long as I get my refund, I won't have anything against this site/app but this product is the worst thing one can ever buy! Amazon should stop selling such products, it could hamper their brand reputation unless it's their strategy in my opinion and I personally hate being or tried to have been manipulated which I was by Amazon and obviously this stupid product. It only brought me stress and costed a lot of my valuable time and made no sense because I would have received the other genuine branded hair fiber had I waited and not repeated my mistake. In short, don't ever buy it unless you are so happy in life that you feel you need some betrayal, manipulation, disrespect and melancholy to be at par with the environment you are surrounded by.

Need to be made more superior as the product is not good .

I have bought 30gm product. Even the invoice mentions 30gms. But the container clearly mentions only 20 gms.
