Good quality
Install was pretty straightforward. There's a digital instruction video that will take you step by step of you need it. I did struggle to get the unit perfectly level. The housing is tapered slightly, so using a level didn't quite do the trick. I've only had it installed for about a month, but so far so good. It is VERY quiet. I wish it worked with my other smart devices so that voice command was an option (First world problems, right?). While it is pricey compared to traditional openers as well as its competitors, I feel it's worth it.Quality: 10Value: 8Installation: 9

Good opener and not too difficult to self install if replacing a similar style opener!
Bought this to replace our previous Liftmaster Garage Door Opener of the same style. This model was more or less a direct swap, but there are a couple small differences that I had to work through. Overall I prefer this newer model for a couple of minor reasons. The big update is that this model works directly with the app to update on the door status (opened or closed) and allows remote closing of the door without any additional manufacturer hardware. You only need to connect it to your Wi-Fi system.

Totally Worth It!
This garage door opener has been a fantastic upgrade! The connectivity features make it—I can check the status of the door remotely for peace of mind, ensuring it’s closed when I’m away. It’s also remarkably quiet, adding to its appeal. Installation was a breeze, making it a great choice for DIYers. The wireless light is a brilliant addition, allowing flexible placement near a walk door or vehicle door for added convenience. Overall, a solid purchase that combines functionality, smart features, and ease of use.

Wall mount garage door opener
I bought and installed 3 of these openers. I think they are great! Pretty simple install and easy to adjust.I do not use the wi-Fi phone control option. I see no need for it in my application. But I do appreciate the quietness of the operation and especially like the positive locking mechanism.

2 stars for false advertising (updated)
UPDATE: After over an hour on the phone with Chamberlain support, I was finally able to speak with a supervisor. They agreed to send me an additional light. I encourage all buyers to do the same until Chamberlain gets the message and this listing is accurately updated. I had multiple reps (including the supervisor) tell me that this is Amazons fault for not updating the listing. This is a lie. This product is listed by the seller "the CHAMBERLAIN Store". Chamberlain controls the listing.Original review:I'm leaving a 2 star review due to shady business practices and false advertising. I ordered this kit expecting to receive every item as shown in the photos. Instead, I received a much smaller, less bright light. This light has 36 LEDs vs the advertised 60 LEDs. I'm sure many buyers have not noticed this downgrade. Chamberlain is cheating it's customers. I contacted Amazon support who told me to contact Chamberlain support. I contacted Chamberlain support who told me to contact Amazon support. I escalated to a supervisor at Chamberlain and am currently waiting for a callback.Otherwise, the garage door opener and other accessories are working as expected. If support is able to resolve my issue, I'll update this to a 4 star review. If the Amazon listing is updated to advertise the correct light (even updating the description would be ok), I'll update this to a 5 star review.

Fairly easy to install on properly maintained door.
The safety beam wires should be equally long. Depending if sunshine on the receivercould be an issue.See how it works in 3 years. Subzero temps may be an issue with the battery in unheated garages.

The most unhelpful product support you can imagine- if you were the world's worst cynic.
No legitimate customer service or produce support. None.Installed the garage door opener (on the wall model). Could not program it due to a code flashing, so it never operated. Tried the support website which was clunky and mixed my opener up along with chain and belt drive overhead models in troubleshooting questions that didn't apply. "Chat" was a bot with the same outcome. Called customer support. Got a very loud call center (or family home) with agents who spoke heavily accented English and who didn't know ANYTHING about the opener, merely matched trouble codes with their fault chart and troubleshooting process (which was unhelpful) and couldn't answer a question about it. Finally she deduced the fault required a new logic board because my unit doesn't come with or require a cable tensioner, but the fault was "no cable tensioner signal found".The new logic board arrived after a week and a half and I installed it and started to program it. On the second step, adjusting the door travel, the opener made a clicking/shuddering sound like a clutch slipping and the door wouldn't move. On the next 2 calls the agent just "went away" (one in mid sentence) with an open phone line which I hung up after many "hellos" over 10 minutes. On my 5th call I asked to speak to a supervisor and the nice agent put in the request. After 20 minutes on the line the agent said the supervisor hadn't responded. He took my number for a call back. That was 30 minutes ago. Can't complete the programing until the reason the mechanics of raising the door work. But the agents can't comprehend that... it's not on the fault codes/troubleshooting chart, I guess.I would uninstall it and sent it back but it's past the less than a month that Amazon would allow it.I am an aeronautical engineer with experience and skill in flight test and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software issues. In a second career I consulted to organizations including some call centers. The Chamberlain "support" organization is ill conceived, poorly organized and has had abysmal performance in supporting me with my issues. And is not responsive to its own failures.
