Zinc. One of the important elements for immunity and high up on the list during the pandemic. This is a good dosage for daily intake. Zinc is one of the supplements that does require caution on dosage; too much zinc isn't a good thing.The tablets are very small, and a very dark green. They are in a blister pack within a branded cardboard pack. The tablets are very easy to distinguish and easy to swallow because of their small size.I always look up the companies that sell supplements on Amazon before I decide to buy. I like to know if the company is British and if they aren't, where are they and who are they. Where they source or manufacture their supplements, and if they've conducted tests to assure high standards. In this particular case the company and manufacturer is British and well known. They also have the Queen's Award for Innovation. I don't think you can gain much more trust and confidence in a supplements company than Vitabiotics possesses.As for the price, superb value for money when you cast your eyes over the various listings. These came out at the cheap end of the scale and I seriously doubt that the price gives any compromise on quality.A great buy.

I never wasted my money on this product . Very good one

It is a good product overall, however, it makes me nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach or light food. I once took it after light breakfast and vomited instantly after that. Now I only take it after protein like eggs. So if you are suffering from stomach issues it might not be the best option for you.

I absolutely love these vitamins as I have swallowing problems but I don’t notice these going down due to the perfect small size.I have wasted so much money on vitamins due to the large sizes of the tablets due to the amount of additives and bulking agents, that I choke on them or have to break them up and some taste foul.I will try and check to see if this company does other vitamins in the same size as these are perfect and a really great price.
