I will start by saying that I have tried MANY adaptogenic mushrooms tinctures/extracts on the market and I have found only a handful that work for me and this brand is one of them. I like to add this to my protein shakes every morning and it actually help me with energy, moods and focus. This is my 3nd time purchasing and I will continue.

This has a good taste and its a great value for your money. I have noticed I have more energy, and I sleep better. I have been consistent with taking it every day. I like the delivery system of drops. I do not absorb nutrients easily because of gastric sleeve surgery so these work much better for me than pill form, which I have also tried in other brands and saw no improvement.

Let’s just say I will be a repeat customer! This stuff is amazing. I would caution taking this close to bed time though. You will be ALERT! I’m currently studying for some certifications and let’s just say the modules start to sound monotone and boring after a while. I do notice an improvement and memory and super easy to take.
