This is the first time I have used a product such as this so I have nothing to compare it to. It is simple to use, and I had no negative side effects, except maybe gas for the first two days (but that may have been my diet) Si I guess I could recommend it.

I did a lot of research on digestive enzymes particularly for dairy and gluten. There is some research that suggests that digestive enzymes made from Aspergillus may be more effective for dairy and gluten than others. Also contains a small amount of Probiotics. This was one product that contains both. So far seems to work well for me.

I have tried many digestive enzymes. As we age, it is vitally important to take digestives since our digestive juices are not as abundant as when we were young.
