This is my second time purchasing this sweat band after my gym rat of a mom put me onto it and let me just say the quality and performance of it is unmatched. I feel i really see results fast especially if paired with the cream. The cream smells a little strong but feels so good as well, worth it once you see all the sweat from your belly

Good buy, no complaints. Did what it needed as far as making you sweat while working out, band gets very slippery from the gel and you get hot fast while working out. Slimmed down some but not drastically but then again I gave up my workouts. Exercise isn’t for everyone

purchased together and they really do help me sweat. have i lost weight? i dont think so i think i lost alot of water weight which caused me to be bloated. but i have noticed a differenced with my body while using these to together. i recently just purchased another sweat band "toned" i believe thats what its called but i keep coming back, nothing has worked for me like this product has 10/10i am now a forever customer :)

So I have purchased other waist trainers and sticks to accelerate the burning before . Pros , the waist trainer is by to go to, really durable , true to the size and the value is perfect. Cons the stick, it melts really fast , doesn’t get the job done efficiently like other brands that are as same price . However the smell is amazing and easy to apply. Would give a 9 out of 10 for the waist trainer and the sticker an 6 out of 10

From the first time I put this baby on I saw sweat after my workout. Literally drops😂 GET IT DONT THINK TOO MUCH.

Day 4 trying this and it works it does make you sweet alot but I think this enhancer smells gross .. I am 180 lb 5”1 and I got a size medium but I think I should’ve gotten the large , Im not sure if its supposed to be super tight but this helps you sweat off all the water weight!
