Q: Will they help when driving into the sun?

I have never tried driving into the sun while wearing these glasses... but if i were a betting man i would put my money on 'no'. These glasses would not protect your body from the sun's deadly rays-- your eyes on the hand would arrive cool as a cucumber.

Q: Can they be used on a firings range

You should not use these when shooting. Safety glasses are designed to be shatter-proof, and these are not safety glasses.

Q: is this considered safety glasses to use on construction?

No. If safety glasses are required on your construction site I would recommend using only safety glasses .
