Works great! Warning - do not use the resitance bands this comes with!
After trying out my brother's more expensive, higher wattage (2000w) vibrating platform and loved how well it loosened muscle tension, I was hooked and wanted one for myself. I began researching and doing a lot of price comparisons, and deciding which features were most important (oscillating vs. side to side, higher wattage, dual motors, Bluetooth, handles/rails vs. portable, # of speeds, etc.). I determined that for my needs, I wanted a side to side motion, and wanted it to be more portable meaning no handles/ rails as I felt the rail system on my brother's was flimsy at best and made it less easy to move around and store, as necessary. I was hesitant to get this model because there weren't as many reviews with this one as compared to others I was looking at, and it was also about half the price of the others I was strongly considering, but I'm really happy with this model! Ultimately what sold me was the number of speeds it offered. Most similar portable models have 100 speeds or fewer, while this one went up to 180, similar to many of the higher priced models.Once I actually received it, I was really thrilled. While it doesn't have as much wattage as some, it felt very similar to the more expensive ones I'd tried out. It's heavy duty and heavy, but not so heavy that I can't move it around with little difficulty. It is incredibly sturdy, and has suction cups (they REALLY work!) on the bottom to prevent unwanted movement across the floor if using on hard surfaces.Exercising on this thing doesn't feel like exercise at all, even when I'm doing trickier movements like lunges. I am a very tall gal and even though I'm still young (early 30's), I have horrible knees from past sports injuries, etc., that pop and click frequently. Lunges have not been an option in the past to add to my exercise routine because they hurt my knees and cause them to pop violently. This machine, however, creates for easy transitioning of muscles and ligaments and I can do a lot of things while on this machine at a speed of 70+, that I wouldn't normally be able to do, such as lunges, quicker up and down movements, etc., with little to no popping/clicking. It's my hope that I can gently yet effectively increase my range of motion and strength in previously neglected areas of my body.I also have a slew of health issues including a number of autoimmune diseases that cause a lot of swelling and inflammation. I've only had this for a few days, but I swear my ankles are already showing fewer signs of edema. I have issues with lymphatic drainage, so hope this will help with that and gentle detox as well. I'm taking it slow for now because my body tends to be highly reactive when detoxing, keeping it to 10 minutes or less per day, and if I'm feeling particularly icky one day, I skip exercising or do only a couple of minutes.Truly the only reason I've given this vibrating platform 4 stars instead of 5, is because of how dangerous the resistance bands are. There are metal loops soldered into the sides of the machine, to which you can clip resistance bands. The loops themselves seem somewhat okay, although the metal is a bit thinner than I'd like. It comes with resistance bands but the carabineer clip looked pretty flimsy. I'm not expecting super high quality of bands considering they're a bonus item on a system that doesn't cost a large amount, but I was a little hesitant to hook up the resistance bands because of the clip. Well, it turns out the clip wasn't even the biggest weakest, in my situation at least. After only 4 minutes on my first time on this machine, one of the elastic bands out of no where completely frayed through and snapped, hard enough to leave a mark on my wall. Luckily it hit the wall and not my eyes! I wasn't even pulling it that tight because again, I'm tall, and was worried about pulling it too taut, so only lifted up on the bands when I was in a low squatting position with my hands only about 3 1/2' from the ground at the highest. Perhaps I got faulty bands, but they were a huge safety hazard and it might be better just to eliminate them entirely. I plan on purchasing some rubber resistance bands in the future and just placing them on my feet while using this, making sure to get large enough ones where I can safely use them without pulling them too much. Anywho, aside from the resistance bands, the machine is working beautifully thus far! It makes very little noise, and I'm seeing the potential already! I'll try and post more after I've had more time and results with it.

OH, THE PAIN...
I received my machine late and the evening, So I decided to use it before going to bed. It was amazing! I did all my exercises in the sitting and semi-pushup positions. I moved around so that I would feel the vibrations in my painful areas. I even sat in front of it and laid back, so my back would feel the vibrations. To my surprise, the pain I have been suffering for years slowly disappeared! I felt energized, rejuvenated and, believe it or not, totally pain free! As a testament, to the fact my muscles were getting a workout, I could barely move the next morning, lol. I really thought something was wrong. I didn't recognize the pain, because I had not worked out in a long time. However, when I realized what the problem was, I did another session on the machine and, again, believe it or not, the pain was gone. I read that it is supposed to help you lose weight, which I really need to do, but I didn't buy it for that reason. If it does, that would be another added bonus. The machine appears sturdy. I am hoping that it lasts.I recommend this machine to anyone that suffers chronic pain!

It Does the Body Good!
I ordered this machine for my grandson who is down syndrome for Christmas. His physical therapist uses one in his sessions to help with his sensory issues and also it helps build his core and helps with his vocal extremities. As I was reading the instructions, I found out that it was actually a piece of exercise equipment. I then went on YouTube and found a video for a workout and I've been in heaven ever since. What it does to the body is nothing short of amazing! It is better than any full body massage. Your body feels so good, especially if you follow the 32 minute YouTube exercise video. After 2 weeks, at 3- 4x's at week, I've lost 5 lb and several inches off my waist. I am going to order another one for myself. I absolutely love and totally recommend this machine; it does just what the description says that it will.

Works great and is quiet. After one month no mechanical issueswhatsoever. I did use this machine for one month as directed for15 minutes a day. So far I haven't seen any muscle toning, weightloss, or pain relief.I haven't suffered anything negative but am forging forward tosee what 6 months of use brings.I will update the journey here.

Great product
I would definitely recommend this it works well. I use it to help relax muscles and hopefully loose a little weight. I’ve been using everyday for 2 weeks and muscles seem to be better but no weight loss so we shall see

Didn't work properly
I read reviews and decided to take a chance; unfortunately I am returning it. The off-gassing was significant coming out of the box. As other reviewers stated, the resistance bands were unsafe to use because the clips are cheap plastic and will break easily. When I first used it, I could barely get it to softly vibrate. The second, third and fourth time that I TRIED to use it, is was full throttle and visibly shaking which I could not adjust. Just don't bother.

Great family time... Could use some tweaks
Likes: The machine is good and happy not to pay so much like others being advertised. It also has Bluetooth. Like the different programs and you can feel throughout body. My dad is having better circulation. My son who is autistic has lost weight and loves it.Dislike: Can't pause and save data or even give you time to see how well you performed. The bands are weak should be a lot sturdy. If you lean to one side it flips. Be careful.
