An excellent alternative to wireless screen casting
If you can put up with the cable, this is a far better solution for screen casting than Chromecast, which always seemed to be cutting out for no apparent reason. This product is ready-to-go out of the box: just plug one end into your device, the other end into your TV, set your TV input to whatever HDMI port you plugged it the cable into, and that's it! There is no loss of sound or picture quality that I noticed, and another great advantage is that you can use a VPN on your phone or tablet, which is not possible with a wireless connection.

Prodotto consegnato con la classica celerità di Amazon Prime. (ma qualche volta non potete sbagliare per lasciare una recensione negativa?)Dopo alcuni problemi iniziali di settaggio ecco che avviene il miracolo... Lo schermo del tablet si riproduce sullo schermo del 55".... Attenzione : parlo dello schermo in modalità DEX, perciò con funzionalità simili a quelle di un notebook, e non la trasmissione tramite chromecast di video (cosa ben diversa ed utilizzabile da qualunque telefonino).In poche parole, se utilizzate un tablet (in questo caso Samsung Galaxy tab S5e) che supporta la modalità Samsung DEX, questa è una soluzione estremamente valida per avere il desktop del tablet replicato su un monitor o TV con ingresso HDMI, la lunghezza del cavo ovviamente va scelta in relazione alla distanza dal monitor e della vostra postazione, io personalmente per problemi personali ho scelto il cavo da 5 mt.Buona visione

Super, warum stellt Samsung so was nicht her
Super Lösung, alles funktioniert: USB 2.0, Usb-C, SD Kartenleser tolle Anschlußmöglichkeiten, wird aber als Fremdgerät erkannt, daher wird man vom Gerät gewart und daran erinnert, dass es auch Originalkabel gibt - schränkt die Funktionen aber nicht ein. Empfinde es für mobile Zwecke besser als die Dex Station.

Works, Fast Charges, But Gets Crazy Hot
I've been using this little dongle with my Galaxy S9+ for about a couple of weeks.Pros-The HDMI cable is long enough to reach across my living room-It fast charges my Galaxy S9+-The USB port works flawlessly with my keyboardCons-The device gets crazy hot (but it hasn't failed me yet).-The 2.1 A power supply, that came with my smartphone, is not enough for fast charging, but 3.0 A one will do the job.So I'm pretty happy with this dongle, but you have to budget for a 3 A power supply. Plus be careful where you put the device as it gets hot enough to burn your hand.

Sencillo y eficaz,lo recomiendo.
Perfecto para ver series o peliculas desde mi movil,ya que mi tv tiene algo de tiempo y no tiene smart tv(aunque si es 1080p).De momento no tengo quejas los cascos inalambricos que no me admitia la tv con el usb del aparato puedo usarlos sin problemas y al tener una entrada usb tipo C puedo cargar el mvl y usarlo al mismo tiempo asique perfecto.La mejor compra para pasar la cuarentena.La unica mejora que le veo yo seria ponerle mas movilidad a la entrada del telefono como los cargadores nuevos que se giran, seria ya perfecto entonces.Gracias.

Buena elección y compra
Sin tener conocimientos de cables y conectores, la elección fue muy acertada. Comprado para conectar ordenador Imac del año 2017 (conector USBC) y televisor Samsung (modelo básico de televisión, conexión HDMI). Al conectar por primera vez el ordenador detectaba a la TV pero no a la inversa. Fácil solución: poner ordenador en reposo, desconectar cable, volver a conectarlo, "despertar" al ordenador y listo!!!

Verbindungsprobleme / Reklamation mit Erstattung problemlos
Verbindung zum TV ständig (sekündlich) verloren und wieder aufgebaut. Damit ist die eigentliche Funktion nicht gegeben. Mit der DeX Station an demselben TV keine Probleme. Vll einmaliger Hardwarefehler. Rückgabe & Gutschrift ohne Probleme verlaufen daher insgesamt 2Sterne Bewertung, sonst nur 1Stern.

Sehr gutes Produkt
Spiegelt perfekt das Handy (P20 pro) auf TV und kann noch mehr... Großer Vorteil gegenüber kabellosen Lösungen: auch der Ton ist immer synchron! 😉

Melted / failed after 3 months of regular usage
Initially, this adapter worked great with my MacBook Pro, when it was running OSX 10.13 High Sierra. It was outputting 4k @ 60Hz, although always running hot.Once upgraded to OSX 10.14 Mojave, Apple must have disallowed the full 4k @ 60Hz mode for this 3rd party device, because it only would work 4k @ 30Hz from that point on.Even when outputting at HD 1080 @ 120Hz, it ran quite hot.Last week, it must have overheated and melted / shorted internally. My Macbook would show a dialog asking me to remove the USB device that was drawing all the power whenever I would plug it in; it no longer functioned. Upon closer inspection, it now has visual heat damage, which I have shown in the attached photos.It was always running in open air, not enclosed anywhere. It sat on a shelf under my TV with nothing on top of it, plenty of ambient airflow around it. I would power my USB mouse with it and pass through my power adapter to charge the laptop as well. I used this to work on my TV in my home office several hours each day. On occasion I would attach my Android phone to the USB as well to debug. I would not consider this excessive usage, but some might.
