It is true that the gloves are magnets for wood chips, but I can deal with that. The fit is so comfortable that it trumps any inconvenience due to debris. The glove have the right amount of elasticity and fit very good. The price is right and I don't think twice about putting them on when I start to carve.

Bought these for my son to use while he was learning to do some wood carving and hopefully prevent serious injury. Unfortunately they are not cut resistant as after he did cut himself while after the knife slipped I was able to cut these will dull kids school scissors. For cut resistant gloves dull kids scissors should not be able to cut them especially if they they barely cut paper. I will say that they did likely prevent a more serious injury.

Glad to find kids size in this type of glove. He is just starting to whittle and feel better to have these gloves to use.

I sliced my finger open very badly while cutting felt for a craft project! Bought these gloves and they "so far" have worked well. When I accidentally touch the blade I have not sliced my finger open. I am glad I bought these.
