Q: Is this water-Proof? What Exact material it is made of? What are exact dimensions of the lock? Whenever Locked and Unlocked does alarm blow even then?

I don't know the material by which it was made. I have gifted it to someone I love. So far, there is no complaint about the lock .

Q: How long does the batteries last? how to replace batteries? How to switch off the alarm - steps please.

as per my experience its very easy to replace batteries and i tooks almost nine months for first replacement

No warranty for china products. If the seller is good enough he may replace it. Choose a good seller , see his rating and buy. A good product . Worth the money.
