As with some other supplements I've reviewed, the first thing I inspect is the label on the bottle. You can tell quite a bit about a supplement based on the quality of the label: label positioning/alignment, certifications, and listed ingredients.The labels on this supplement were standard to what youd see on others sold in the US, which is good.Now for the supplement itself. The pills are clear capsules so you can see the powder clearly with no weird aftertaste. I've taken the supplement AS INSTRUCTED, nightly as it is suppose to help with more restful sleep while producing more testosterone and growth hormones through the night. I am an avid bodybuilder and have taken a wide variety of supplements.The supplement definitely provides an increase in energy, but this will vary from person to person as to the level of benefit. The purpose of taking this supplement is to boost growth hormones, naturally, and the effectiveness wasn't questioned. I noticed an increase in testosterone, which can be visible when observing your temperament. To clarify, you may notice your tolerance for irritability is lowered, as with many other supplements of this kind.For the price, this is within the standard price range of similar products, but you do get more than just a month's supply which is great as supplements get quite pricey.Overall: I would recommend, but please research before jumping straight into something like this.

So far, I have no complaints with this product. At the time I started taking this product, I was going through a bout of poor sleep, and it felt like I needed a sleep aid every night. Shortly after starting the product, I stopped taking the sleep aids, and it was something that was totally unexpected.The product claims to have benefits up to 90 minutes after taking it, but you'll end up downing 2 bottles before you see fitness performance. I am skeptical person in general when it comes to supplements, so they really have to work before I can attribute the effect to the cause. One thing I will highlight, however, is that last night I did a double workout. My workouts are high intensity, so it is extremely rare for me to do a double workout. About 90 minutes after my first workout, I went and did the second one. This aspect alone will have me try a second bottle.Just like many of the other reviewers on this product, it is a lot of pill to swallow, and they are big. If you have issues swallowing pills, this will be hard for you. When I take my supplements, I easily take 6-7 pills in one swallow; not with this product. I mostly do these alone.When I first started taking this product, I started slow just to make sure there was no adverse reaction. I am glad to say that I had no issues taking this product. It didn't matter if my stomach was full or empty. I slept well and I wasn't drowsy in the morning.Overall, I do think this product could help you with your fitness goals. It is expensive, but I think it is worth trying 2 bottles.

This is one of those things you can't really tell they are working, you just kind of have to trust it.The ingredients seem to be correct for what I need them for so I will say that they work as intended.The big negative for me is the size of the pills. They are HUGE. If you struggle to swallow large pills these could be a problem for you. Even broken in half they are still pretty large.If you have problems what I do is put the pill in, fill my mouth with water and then swallow it all at once. That large rush of water seems to help it go down much easier.

I have been using this product for a little while now and I'm generally positive about how it works. I'm a terrible sleeper and it seems to help a little bit with that. It also helps me wake up and feel more refreshed. I'm not into working out a lot, but even with just my daily life I seem to have a little more energy and focus. The main issues I have are the size and amount of pills you have to take every day. Also this product is very expensive and not something I can probably continue to pay for on an ongoing basis.

I don't feel any changes

These are really tough pills to swallow, and I'm not just reciting an old saying! Firstly, a lot of the pills were broken in the bottle from the start. About 1/4th of the bottle is unusable thanks to this. These pills are literally tough to get down too since they are big and you have to take 5. Plus they come at a pretty expensive cost. They are obviously proud of their product and think highly of it, but unfortunately my experience was forgettable at best. I haven't noticed any energy differences on or off these supplements. I hope others have better success.

Pills appear to be high quality. The pills are not small; however, I found they go down well with a glass of water or juice. They do not have any taste. The health benefits are listed on the bottle. I have been taking these several weeks now, usually just before bed as recommended on the bottle.

I've been using Nugenix GH-Boost for about a month now, and I've definitely noticed some improvements in my sleep and overall energy levels. The inclusion of KSM-66 and GABA seems to be working well for me. I feel like I'm recovering better from workouts, and my endurance has slightly increased. I appreciate the natural ingredient list.However, the serving size is five capsules, which is a lot to swallow daily. That's the main drawback. While I'm seeing positive effects, I wish it came in a more concentrated form. If you're okay with taking a handful of pills, this is a solid supplement. Just be prepared for the pill burden.
