I got this chair because I am tired and aching from trying to use a hard wooden chair. I am really impressed with the quality of the chair. It was easy to put together. I discovered that I needed the shorter cylinder and since my office is carpeted I think the other wheels will work better. I emailed as suggested on the inner instructions and they were sent right away. They just arrived today and I’m excited for my husband to switch the cylinder and wheels. The seat is very comfortable. I love the back of the chair and how it cradles my back. After two back surgeries this was a big selling point.After having a mesh chair at work that cut into the back of my legs and caused pain and problems with my sciatica I am so thankful I found this chair!! Excellent customer service and product!!!!

I got this for three reasons: Work, Streaming, and Gaming. As per obvious. I'm fat. Not denying it. XD So more or less, finding a soft, good ergonomic chair SUCKS for the big folk.So far? Not this chair.The actual seat is a bit smaller than I was hoping, but its holding me! Very well!! I'm 5'6.75 and 315lbs due to various medical reasons that make weight hard to lose. Its a perfect office chair for my height, adjusts awesomely (still have to figure out how to lay back), and its not wobbling under me. Sturdy as heck. Cheap too for what you're needing! Most of these good chairs can go up to 800 (looking at you secretlabs), and more so. ITS PINK!! AND IT CAN COME IN PASTEL GREEN!!Didnt take long to put together either once we knew what we were doing, lol. Few hours at the most. Enjoy this chair!!

This chair is gigantic!! It is comfotable!! I don't use the leg rest because I use this chair at my desk. The two things I wish I could change would be the arm rests. I wish I could lock them in position, and the height of the headrest. It's too high; I'm 5 7" and it towers over my head. This would be a better fit for a man, but, it is still too comfortable to oust out of the office.

Jackpot! I’ve bought about 6 chairs since Covid trying to find one comfortable enough for 8-10 days. I finally found the right one. I am 5’4 and around 150 pounds. This chair has lots of room for me and feels like I’m sitting in a cloud.
