YUGE
10/10After a week, I haven't had to re-suction them at all or anything like that. They're also much larger than i expected (this is a good thing in my opinion).Perfect way to display live plants on another level. I like these because this way I can add vegetation to upper layers, without just buying taller plants.

Cute, but could be better.
I bought this for 20 gallon tank. I had bought 4, but due to there being no quality control, I only used 2. The others were very strangely molded at the rim or the suction cups do not work well and just slide. When the product does work it’s a very nice addition to the tank.

Excellent.
I’ll start off by saying these would not suction onto the plastic backing of my fluval aquarium. Both popped off repeatedly. However, they are stuck like glue to the glass walls and that’s god enough for me. If you have an aquarium with a plastic backing and want these for that space, beware. YMMV as with all things, of course. These little cups are super cute and really help give the space in my aquarium a little more depth and interest. They hold about 2/3 to one cup of substrate plus some little cuttings. Betta LOVES sitting in these near the surface.

Beautiful & great quality
These are really nice! I got these because we have African dwarf frogs in our somewhat tall 25 gallon cube aquarium and these frogs are known to sometimes struggle to get to the top. Ours are doing great, but I’ve been building up little “perches” for them just in case.I put about a half pound of gravel and a plant in each. The suction cups are nice quality and stuck to the aquarium walls with ease.I just think these are so beautiful and they are nicer quality than I expected. I’m very pleased with these.

Not strong enough
They look great, however do not hold up well. Anytime a fish touches them, they fall. Disappointing.

Great concept, didn't work for my tank
I love these in theory, but in practice they weren't good enough for my tank. I was hoping to use them to elevate some plants just out of reach of my turtles while still submerging the roots, but it was wishful thinking. Granted, turtles are very destructive and mine refuse to let a plant live, so they found it very easy to just slide these planters down, and managed to destroy a plant that had sentimental value without even removing the planter from the wall of the tank. I decided to them move them up to the very top dry bit of the tank, with no plants, planning on later filling them with something different. I heard a strange pop one night, figured out it came from the tank vicinity, and discovered that on the dry tank wall, the suction had given out on one of two I had up (after a full month of being there) and had fallen into the tank broken into pieces. Thankfully I was able to get all of the pieces before my turtles could find them and get hurt, but it was dangerous digging into my sand substrate for shards of glass... I wound up throwing them both away. On the plus side, the glass stayed very clear!I do consider these to be elegant and attractive little planters, but I would NOT recommend them for a turtle tank unless your turtle just does not care about plants at all. I imagine the suction on these would stick better under water for the longer term, and I can confirm that they will hold up the weight of a few river rocks as a planting substrate!Just be very careful with them because the glass is pretty thin, just a bit thicker than a wine glass.
