I am not a “paid” reviewer!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This water fountain is amazing. The video I posted was the first time I put it together and put it down. My cats were in no way scared of it, but extremely interested. All 4 of them have taken to it amazingly and I know for a fact from the increase in pee in litter boxes that they are drinking a lot more water daily. My 2 cats were especially fond of crying at water faucets and bathtub faucets to drink from. So I decided to give something like this a try and my searching for one stopped when I found this design. It is so stinking cute!! And the price was so good I figured I’d try it. It is very quiet and easy to set up and refill. I got it with the recommended leaf floor mat in case of spills and it’s a perfect little set up next to their eating areas. 4 happy cats and Mommy here!!

Our cat LOVES this thing!!!
I was a little skeptical we needed this, but after spending nearly $700 on a dehydrated/constipated cat, what was another $30?The minute I plugged it in, our Lucy was all over it, drinking for about two minutes without taking a break. She sat back, looked at me, looked at the fountain, then started drinking again. We had guests and didn't leave it plugged in that first night. The next morning, she saw me pick it up from the counter and RAN to follow me to where I plugged it in. Again, she drank for a few minutes.Bottom line: she LOVES this thing!! After a few days, it was about half empty and I refilled. I feel good about having charcoal filters (we ordered extra). It's fairly quiet, too, just a faint sound of running water. Also, prompt delivery and easy setup. I was impressed with the packaging. Enjoy!

I now have happy cats!
I thought I'd give it a bit of time to see how it does before I wrote a review. I love it! I was using a desk top water feature but it was hard to wash several times a week, it got slimies on it. That's why I figured I needed some kind of filter and decided to try this one. I tried with the flower and different adjustments. I took it off to make a bubbler and it seems the cats like that best. They did drink off the flower petals but seemed to like to drink out of the top, so that's why I took the flower out. I might put it back for a change though. I love that I can take the top off to check the water level, it's quiet until it starts to get low. I don't get it low enough to hear the motor, I can hear the water more. I'm going to have to figure out which filters to buy. :)

Surprisingly, finicky cats love it!
How much money have I spent on cat drinking fountains only to disappoint? Too much! For this price, I thought one more try. I wasn't expecting much as my cats are finicky. Previous fountains sprayed water in the floor, were too loud, got dirty really quick, clogged fur, and cats not using. Surprisingly, they went right to this! My cats are large and old. When I saw the compact size I figured they wouldn't be able to fit their heads under the flower flow. Not a problem, just stuck their tongues out. I've been switching the flower and bubble piece every 2 days and they like the variety. This is very quiet! Quietest one I've purchased. I have bought others costing $100+ and turned it off because of noise. All I hear, if I pay attention, is quiet gurgling from the bubbling top.

My cats wont' use it
My cats simple won't drink from this fountain willingly. One of my cats will (very rarely) drink from it only when she hasn't had water in a long time, likely because it's the only option, but my other one would rather drink droplets and pools of water from the sink than drink from this fountain, even after a month of having it out as their only water option. When I put a regular bowl of water down next to the fountain, both of them immediately choose to go for that instead, and drink a ton from it. This product seems cool (and I really want to have some form of running water for them), but my cats have decided this isn't for them. One other minor gripe: The shape of this device is indeed really easy to clean, but actually moving it somewhere to clean is a bit of a pain without unplugging the entire device and moving it to the kitchen area. The cord goes through a tube in the device to reach the motor, meaning it's pretty much impossible to unplug it unless you unplug it from the wall and take the entire unit + cables to where you want to clean it (that, or remove the motor).Otherwise, the device seems neat, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. I just wish my cats would drink from it.

It works for my Sammie!
One of my cats has nerve damage to his mouth. He has lost all but one tooth and has a very difficult time eating and drinking. Before purchasing this fountain I was giving him water with a turkey baster. Kind of dumb but it worked for him. The only thing was he was bothering me about every hour to give him a little water. I purchased this item on the recommendation of a retired vet and I am totally pleased with it. He has no problem with getting the amount of water he desires and he doesn't have to have me there to give it to him. I do clean it out for him everyday so that he always has fresh. The only downside is that my 6 other cats refuse to use it. Now it just could be that they won't use it in front of me. I guess they figure "it's a Sammie" thing. Who knows. But that is okay because it works just great for my Sammie. For that I am grateful. Thank you.
