Creality Ender 3 V3 SE Hotend Kit, Original Ender 3 V3 SE Extruder Hotend Heater Block Set Assembled Print Head Kit Heat Resistance 3D Printer Accessories Replacement Kit

Bought for the Ender 3 v3 (not KE or SE). It came exactly as shown and looks to be very high quality. Buyers should be aware, it does NOT come with the radiator / heat sink. I can't get my old one apart so I have to find a new heat sink to buy.

We had an issue with our 3d printer where the PLA fliament blobbed up and gummed up the nozzle. We were able to remove the blob of filament but the issue was we destroyed the nozzle. This nozzle came with 2 screws which needed since we destroyed one of the screw in the process. I wish they had a model which came with heatsink already installed.

Was printing well below the max temperature for the Ender 3 v3 SE. Ran prints at 230c and the interior PTFE tube melted in half with less than 12hrs use. What’s pictured is one melted half of the tube that I could pull out of the heatsink….Google what PTFE (Teflon) fume exposure does to the human body…I’ll save you the time, it gives you Alzheimer’s…absolutely not okay to expose your customers to that harm and its a known defect in this printer and the KE yet they keep selling it. I ordered the ceramic upgrade because I’m never having PTFE anywhere near a heating element again and it came with missing parts and is basically useless. Will be looking at other brands in the future because Creality is willing to put expose its customers to that level of hazard in their homes.

During an attempt to remove a clogged nozzle, the nozzle snapped in the heat block (yes I heated it first). I needed a replacement heat block but the one on the V3 SE is unique. None of the others looked the same. This one is identical to og. It also is already wired. It comes with a new nozzle already installed, the plastic tube, radiator, and two mounting screws (which was good because they got bent in the aforementioned incident). It was pretty easy to switch out but I recommend watching a YouTube tutorial. The connectors are glued to the board but you can pick the glue off. And carefully disconnect connectors.I took a lot of pics while I switched it out and also opened up the extruder to make sure all was well there too. This is the Sprite hotend. But it's different than other sprites. That said, tutorials on the Sprite will do you fine. But I dont think other sprite hotends will work with the SE model though. They are shapped quite differently in key areas.Im irritated that the nozzle broke off so easy though. I've only had the SE a week. I think the OG heat block was drilled badly or something. Don't know if this holds true for the replacment but it's not like there are other options either way.

Good replacement part. The 3d printer failed and kept extruding material to the point the hotend was fossilized by plastic. Quick and easy to fix.

Solid choice for a replacement piece. Heat sink does a good job of preventing heat creep, However I would recommend purchasing additional nozzles as the kit only includes the pre-installed one.
