Sold used or returned unit, defective
Packaging was torn apart, bags torn open, seals broken upon delivery. Installed anyway and unit does not function, no audio output and no 4G connection. Obviously sold a returned product. Buyer beware.

Generally speaking, this is top of the line Chinese Android Head Unit. .
It's not ever going to function perfectly out of the box like OEM. There are still quite a few bugs and kinks that need to be worked out with this unit. It is a genuine snapdragon processor and RAM, not a fake unit. Very responsive and fast. I wish they would figure out a way to put it to sleep instead of power down the whole unit every time you get in and out of the car. It takes about 35 to 45 seconds to boot all the way into the main screen and another 15 seconds for Android Auto to start. But, overall if you can deal with a few hiccups here and there and bugs that occasionally appear you'll enjoy this unit. So, I give it a solid four out of five stars. Just isn't for me. I will probably go with the NBT EVO retrofit for my upgrade of my BMW. Side note, support was very fast response (less than 1 hour) and helped me upgrade the firmware. Installation was very easy all plug and play. No splicing of wires or anything weird or out of the ordinary.
