Good quality and good value for money and taste lovely

I bought the Almond & Banana and the Coconut flavours. Both arrived safely packaged within a few days. However, both boxes had an expiry date of just six weeks away! Anyhow, apart form this, what really surprised me was the inconsistency. I know 'each to their own' when it comes to different flavours, but while the Coconut tasted like you were eating a proper chocolate bar, the Almond & Banana was like eating cardboard, together with that typical taste you get from high-protein bars, despite the protein content being relatively low. Not enjoyable at all. Will be a struggle to finish these.

Good price and good if watching your weight

As a long time ketoer, I’ve made my way through most ‘low carb’ bars (Atkins, Grenade, etc) and they’ve got one thing in common - they contain the dreaded malitol and they give you a bad stomach. But there’s a more important factor with malitol, and this is that it RAISES your blood sugar (not as much as normal sugar but still quite a bit). And what does that lead to? A subsequent blood sugar drop, which is exactly what the keto lifestyle mitigates. This leads to occasionally being kicked out of ketosis but more importantly it means hunger pangs and cravings for several hours and even days later. Not good.Quest bars don’t contain malitol but the problem with Quest bars is they all taste the same and aren’t the most pleasant. They’re also from the US and are expensive.So I reluctantly ordered a box of these expecting them to be a bit rubbish. And... I was pleasantly surprised! They’re made with erythritol which passes through your system undigested and they don’t have an impact on your blood sugar. They’re only 2.5 net carbs which is great to fit in your macros. They’re not huge 60g bars like Grenade ones, which take up half your macros and calories for a day and give you gas to top it off. And they’re filling and perfect to take out with you. The only thing is they’re not crunchy at all, more of a chewy, soft consistency. They’re tasty and not overly sickly sweet.These are a really good choice if you want a treat on keto and don’t want to get a stomach ache, mess with your blood sugar or feel like you’re cheating. They’re even better when the makers drop the price to £13 in a lightning deal- if they were this cheap all the time I’d buy twice as many! 😏

The chocolate I recieved was completly melted . I will not eat it I open 2 bars every thing came in my handdripping from the rapper . I will not buy any item from the this seller. I have already send the email no respond from the seller

Die GOOD GOOD Krunchy Keto Riegel - Salty Caramel schmecken hervorragend und sind ideal, um Carb-Cravings in der Ketose zu stillen. Vorausgesetzt man steht auf Karamell. Leider kamen viele der Riegel geschmolzen an, was den Konsum erschwerte. Dennoch eine gute Alternative zu zuckerhaltigen Riegeln.

Erstmal getestet und für gut befunden

Die Karamell Keto Riegel sind ein wahrer Genuss und haben mir enorm bei meiner Keto-Diät geholfen. Der Geschmack ist einfach fantastisch – die perfekte Mischung aus süßem Karamell und einer angenehmen Textur, die jeden Bissen zu einem Vergnügen macht. Es ist nicht leicht, keto-freundliche Snacks zu finden, die so lecker sind wie diese Riegel.Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Preis. Sie sind leider etwas teuer, was den regelmäßigen Kauf ein wenig schwierig macht. Dennoch bin ich der Meinung, dass sie es wert sind, wenn man sich eine köstliche und gleichzeitig keto-konforme Leckerei gönnen möchte.Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den Karamell Keto Riegeln und kann sie jedem empfehlen, der nach einer leckeren Unterstützung für die Keto-Diät sucht.
