I love this product, however the box does not have a lid as other Montessori Moveable alphabets

I love the mat and the wood letters but was disappointed to see no capital letters, periods, or exclamations. You can’t practice proper grammar with capital letters!

we had a broken letter when it arrived. The letters are only painted on the front and not the entire letter. I thought the letter t was a backwards painted f but the t they used just has a tail and doesnt look like the actual written letter t. the mat doesnt match the letter size correctly. It works but there are better options out there.

I was disappointed that it came without the lid. It’s strange that it has no lid because I can’t buy just the lid, can I?

Came with letters that are already broken or hanging by a tread. Will probably have to replace letters throughout its use but will probably make them myself. Case and mat are fine. 2 stars because the mat and case but because I'll probably have to replace the letters my self so spend more money and time ( which I didn't want to do in the first place which is why I bought this), I give it 2 stars unless they're willing to right this damage.
