It seems to be genuine propolis (smell, effect...) and it is truly affordable.

The media could not be loaded. After 14 days of using these food supplements,I noticed that my face looks cleaner and the few pimples I had are slowly healing.I really like that these supplements contain only bee propolis extract 10:1,vitamin C, B, zinc, iron,which greatly affect the body's immunity and only do good for the body,the skin and everything else.The package contains 180 tablets and I have taken one tablet a day and most importantly they have no aroma and taste.So far I am very pleased with the result of these supplements and since these tablets are for 6 months,I think that the price is very good.

The pack I received has a long Best Before date of September 2024.In capsule form, this bee propolis may have the same skin benefits as the product I've been using as a topical application. But they also claim to maintain a healthy immune system and are boosted with vitamins C and B, iron and zinc. Plus the bee propolis contains anti-oxidants to combat the free-radicals that break down skin's natural collagen - which means they may help with skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles.Vegetarian-friendly but not suitable for vegans, for me this is one of the most interesting supplements I've discovered in a long while. I'm optimistic it may work for me and if I do notice benefits, I'd certainly get these again. They're very good value for a 6 month supply.

I am a firm believer in the health and wellbeing benefits of taking certain supplements. Bee propolis has proven health benefits lots of studies have been carried out to show this..For me it definitely helps letting your immune system healthy and increases the speed when you get a cold.. Flu or other virus.... It also gives me more energy...I think you should definitely take bee propolis over the winter months...As for good product it's a nice high dose so you only need to take one tablet per day... I wish they had used better quality packaging eg a glass jar....As soon as I received these I opened them and put them into a glass jar I had empty from another supplement I had finished... You should do the same don't leave the capsules in the plastic packet. The capsule is a nice size and has no aftertaste....My advice as always buy a packet it'll last you six months... See how you feel....As for me I'm convinced about the benefits of bee propolis...

I'm currently trying to change ny diet and reduce the amount of sugar I consumed. Through some research I found excessive sugar consumption can cause internal inflammation which Bee Propolis is meant to help reduce.With all herbal treatments, the benefits are going to vary from person to person and may not work at all in some cases. It's important to accompany these sorts of supplements with a diet and lifestyle change to help improve efficacy I believe - so I tried that alongside taking these.It's hard to tell if this supplement has helped but I do think my stomach is slightly less irritated and I feel a lot more fresh when I'm waking in the morning so it's possible this supplement has helped. I'll definitely need to continue taking these for a longer period to be certain for sure though.
