It doesn’t scratch!
I’ve had this and the full set of pans since before Christmas. I’ve used metal on them and they are still looking brand new. Absolutely love these!!!! A++++! I use cast iron frying pans but if I needed a non-stick, I would definitely buy the Hex pan.

Seriously, I will never use any other cookware!
I absolutely love this cookware! I cook every day, usually from scratch, lots of soups, stews… Fish, pasta… This cookware is a must have in your kitchen! I started out with one pot and I now have 10 different pieces of cookware ! Buy one pot or skillet or pan… And you will be hooked! When they say nonstick… They mean it. Easiest cookware I’ve ever had to clean… everyone can be a professional chef in their own kitchen with this product and I am a cookware snob.
