Great outdoor heater
Great product. We cover it when not in use, however it has got wet a couple of times. It’s designed to cope with this. We’ve used it at night and the garden lights up a dull red. Great effect and heat output is really good, even in Scotland 😀

Great heater but NOT IP65 (it is IP34 though)
The media could not be loaded. CONS:1) Falsely advertised as IP65 rated.2) The metal brackets arrived slightly rusty but it's going outside anyway and makes no difference to their performance.3) Stupidly loud beep whenever a setting is adjusted.4) Well packaged inside the box, but the box itself was poorly sealed with sellotape was hanging off, a rip in the corner of the manual and some Amazon tape partially slapped over the top of the box.PROS:1) Heat output is fantastic and it gets up to temp in seconds.2) The build quality appears very robust.3) Easy to adjust the heat settings using either the remote or the display buttons.4) The remote seems well sealed so would likely survive being accidentally left out in the rain.5) It's IP34, so although I wouldn't want to use it uncovered in a downpour it'll work on dewy mornings, a light spitting or rain or after it's dried out properly.6) The metal casing. On 650W it is warm to the touch (like a cozy hand warmer) and on full blast it is hot enough to give you a shock so you do that quick tap test, where each time you hold your fingers on a split second longer, but not hot enough to instantly burn you unless you intentionally held you hand on it for 5 seconds or so (like when you unexpectedly leaning again a hot wall radiator). As long as the spacer brackets are used it wouldn't burn any wood it was attached to.Conclusion: All-in-all its a great well made heater. With the exception of the overly loud beep, all the cons are around how it's stored and how the seller is falsely advertising (I assume because it then appears to have an edge since most patio heaters are IP34 anyway), but reading the other reviews the seller still sounds like they're on the ball with their customer service if anything goes wrong or arrives faulty. Thankfully I haven't needed to experience that side of things.

Not as hot I would like for outside use
The product looks well built but one came damaged which was promptly sorted out with a refund by the supplier, I ordered another one and both units had an issue where I was unable to get the remote to work for ages, messed about with battery a few times and it eventually began to work. Looks nice and I think it would be ok on a non windy or inside application.

Kicks out heat and is cost effective to run
The producer could do with 2 people to put it in place on the brackets, but once that’s done you simply plug in a turn on. The cable is about 1m. It has 3 settings which the top one really kicks out the heat. And on my current tarring costs £0.45p to run
