Disappointment
I was not Disappointed in the Product....We already own 1 of these....and so far it has far exceeded the higher priced rivals in Product Performance....Hence the Reason we bought 2 more......This is where the Disappointment came in....We received the 2 cameras.....Went to AT&T to get the Data Cards for internet access...Came home ready to set up...and make sure there were working....Camera Number 1......It certainly has been hanging on a tree somewhere....It shows all the signs...Because they did not even take the time to Clean it....Missing the Covers for the Battery Compartment...So I could put batteries in it....They just won't in.....Kinda Defeats the purpose doesn't it? Camera Number 2........Also been hanging on a Tree Somewhere...Still has the the Spider web and eggs in it to prove it......This unit is missing the Clip that holds the SD card Compartment Closed.....Again.......Defeats the Purpose on the Compartment....If it won't close I just Doubt it last too long in the Weather.........I am just Baffled.....I have been shopping on here for Years....And Have NEVER....NOT ONCE had an Issue.......I guess my luck has run out on this one!

always worked perfect and no problems
I have had a lot of wildgame innovation cameras in the past. always worked perfect and no problems. these are extremely painful to set up and the directions are garbage. I had to call them direct and return the first pair I bought because they didn't work. I then had to call multiple times to figure them out. They have a specific emei # that you have to have them set up at that wildgame knew about but is not in the directions. had I know that it would not have been so bad, however, the cameras are set up now and work good. pretty touchy with lower cell service areas.

Compatible only with T-Mobile and AT&T
The description misleading. It says "Features: - send photos wirelessly via MMS - compatible with sim card phones on any GSM provider with 3G".Well, after being frustrated with Brazilian GSM provider, and dozens of unanswered emails, the call center says it it compatible only with T-Mobile and AT&T.This information is not found on website nor product manual.
