Received fraud utem,broken mirror instead of the ordered item.

Product is good for this price range but too slow. You can not watch primevideo and netflix due to frequent termination of app.

This product is on time delivery but the package was very worst. All four mounting screws were broken .first I decided to return it but my mind not support it so I stick the broken screw mounts using super glue. Using washer and lengthy screws to mount it with streo panel. Finally I did it . After I went install it to electrical shop. All wiring kit are included no need to buy extra wires . I bought a coupler for using OEM camera it's costs 2600 rupees. Other wise all components are provided from the package. Excellent sound quality it delivers.video quality is very good. I read many good and bad reviews in Amazon.but I frankly told you it's worth for 10k comparing my digipad 1.0 . Excellent touch response .fm works well. Steering wheel buttons and call 📞 buttons works good. Blindly go for it.dont spend 25k for blaupunkt or woodman it serves more than that. Already I have JBL underseat subwoofer it gives mor vibration in my car.don't think extra go for it.

1. The GPS for which I purchased it is useless and extremely slow. The screen populates very slowly, the key board pops up slowly, needless to mention the typing/input feeding also is very slow2. Switching on it takes at least a minute to populate and a another a minute to recognise my hotspot/ internet.3. Many times it does not recognise recognise the the hot spot at all.4. It is without a SIM as a result I cannot use it without my smart phone.5.Worst part is the after sales support for resolving issues is a big zero.6. For records purpose a customer care number as a WhatsApp number is given but never responded.7.With no response forthcoming, consulted a local 'fixer" of such items who advised me to throw it and replace it with better & efficient systems with a marginally higher price.8,EVEN NOW IF ANY BETTER UPGRADED VERSION IS AVAILABLE I AM WILLING TO GO IN FOR IT PAYING THE DIFFERENCE.9.It is an useless piece of an ornament mounted on my Dashboard. if you can help me replace it or suggest a local franchisee in Bengaluru to fix it I shall feel obliged.

Product is very good (audio /video quality). But connecting to mobile software not working . system is to much slow , navigation/map not working due to slow system, I repeatedly call to seller for discussion but they not received call . So Product is unused for me. don't buy.
