REDMOND Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink Mix, Mixed Berry, 30 serving SMALL 6.88oz jar

This is my favorite electrolyte mix. The taste is not overwhelming like other brands i have tried. It does not taste like fake sugar. I have to use a frother when I mix it in my cup to dissolve the powder. I’ve seen others add that spiral ball into their blender cup to break up the powder. This has a slightly salty taste which I do not mind but others might not like it. Love that this also has clean ingredients and is Keto friendly.

We drink these any time a headache is coming on and it works amazingly!I have a buddy who takes them for hangovers lol but I just use them more like a cheaper Gatorade but with 10x the sodium/potassium/magnesium and electrolytes.

My daughter bought this for me when we found out I have A-fib. It gives me the extra energy I need to get me through the day! I like the lemon lime taste

I got this for my pregnant daughter. The salt taste is a bit of shock at first but it is actually really good. She likes it with about 16 oz of water per scoop. I tried it, and it was good. I don’t consume sweetened drinks, but it reminded me of a margarita with the sweet, salty and sour tones. It has been helping keep her hydrated at her hot, physical job. Before she had been getting faint possibility from dehydrated and low electrolytes. - she’s switching between this and LMNT to see if one works better than the other.

Started carnivore diet and had the keto flu. This really helps to get through that stage. I do hot yoga too so I need to replenish my electrolytes. I did find a similar product for less. Redmond is most definitely more expensive. It is a good product just a bit pricey. If the price ever drops I’d purchase it again.

This has all the electrolytes needed without any other filler junk. I work long hours as a nurse and use to have nightly leg cramps, which have now stopped thanks to Relyte!

I discovered this gem while doing a century in the high desert of the western United States. I have problems keeping hydrated, and I was having cramps in my legs, and when I stopped at the aid station they had all kinds of hydration products. I thought "I should try this" and one of the helpers said "the flavor is really salty compared to the others." That sold it for me--I was tired of too-sweet energy drinks. All I can say is WOW! It acted fast to put those electrolytes back into my muscles, and I drank probably double what I normally drink for a ride that length.

Love the taste. It has a great mix of sodium, potassium and magnesium. I will contiue to buy

I bought this initially on a recommendation from a doctor on Instagram of all places. I never thought myself to be or feel dehydrated because I’d always drink enough water throughout the day. But wow the difference you feel adding this into your day. I could probably go without it, but I don’t want to, it makes me feel that good. My head feels clearer, I feel I have more energy, and overall my body feels lighter and healthier. I also love sipping on it before a heavy workout as I find it helps with stamina. The taste was surprisingly sweet but I just add a little more water than recommended and it’s all good! I tried the LMNT brand as well, but keep coming back to this one. If you’re having trouble mixing, just be patient. Add to your water, then leave it for a minute or so. Come back and mix it or shake it up.

Redmonds relyte is the favorite. Drink it every day. I do water it down a little.
