I really liked these on fondant, I just used a little cornstarch rubbed on them to keep from snagging. Unfortunately the “right angle” smoother is a little obtuse....would have preferred a little more actual 90* angle for that one but it still worked okay for the cake.

Recently I started Iearning to make cakes, so I bought these cake smoothers. they did work very well I get a smooth surface and it's definitely a useful cake smoothing tools set. and their quality is very good.

Perfect for at home bakers - ive been making cakes for my kids / nephews birthdays for years - just got these & they were a GREAT help!

Only just unboxed these but they appear of good quality construction & materials.

A must have for smoothing fondant and the more you use these, you will find more ways to utilize your icing on the cake.

I user them for a fake cake foam cakes that I covered in model magic they wked just like they should have and I can't wait to use them for real cakes!

These fondant smoothers come in very handy for my cake decorating. I will even use the flat smoother on my regular Frost eating when it has crusted over.
