Worked great to ease my muscles and joints pain that I have been experiencing lately. I have tried other supplement brands but none have worked earlier. Bought this for my mum who suffers from severe joint and bone pains in her legs and arms. My mum was told by a GP doctor a few months back to take ibuprofen gel and do some exercises to help.
