This Is what you are looking for.
I usually don't write many reviews but this didn't have many and I want y'all to know that this is exactly what it says it is. It's not like the cheap useless rain cover sold at Walmart it is a genuinely made gear item designed to be used. Now they just came out with it, which I am glad they did, because I have been looking for a good rain cover for quite a while now. But they took the time to do it right. Here are the details:(I got the large gray one)-it comes in a nice drawstring pouch to store it in-it has a 1.5 Inch reflective strip 18" long across the back (is very visible in the dark)-it is made of a nice and thick heavy duty waterproof fabric-all of the seems are very well sealed-the bottom is double thickness of material to guard against tearing on wrough ground-there is a drainage hole on the bottom in case water collects on the inside-the shock cord has a pull adjuster at the top to tighten if it gets stretched out-they have included an elastic strap across the center of the opening that snaps to hold the cover on the pack (Something that I have never seen before on a rain cover)-packed in it's pouch it's dimensions are around 9" long by 4" wide and 3" deep (it isn't too tight in the pouch you could definitely get it smaller)-In the pouch it weighs 183 g 6.45 oz-the pouch itself weighs 10 g 0.35ozIts tricky to measure the actual cover due to its shape but I wouldn't suggest it for a 90L pack. It has plenty of width though for those bulky packs with things strapped to the outside (with a z-liteIt would depend on the size of your pack)Overall it's a great buy for around 10 bucks (knowing it's quality I would have been willing to pay more) and I know it will last a while. Thanks for reading and I included pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Exactly what I was looking for
I got a 75L backpack as a gift and it didn't come with a rain cover, so I bought this. I admit, I've only gone on one backpacking trip with it and it did not rain so I didn't use it, but I did test it before going and it's your standard rain cover.Nice features:-carry sack-reflective band-elastic strap that goes around the side of the backpack where your back is, so it won't fall off (it connects with a snap)-elastic all around so it clings around your backpack-a drawstring just in case it's a bit too big, or could be used if the elastic gets stretched out-grommet-reinforced hole at the bottom which will let water out if it does manage to get inIt's thicker than I had thought it would be, which means it's a little heavier than I was hoping, but for $ten, I shouldn't have been expecting the highest quality fabric. It's waterproof and that's what counts! And it's not really heavy. It's big enough for my backpack and also reasonably sized things that I might attach to the outside. I got a Large.

Perfect for covering my bicycle seat and trunk pack!
I cover my bicycle seat and large trunk pack with this when I park it outside at work. It even covers the rear taillight, which I don't like to take inside, because it's a bit gerry-rigged, scunchied on to the holder so that it doesn't pop out over bumps. I doubt that anyone is going to bother the taillight if they can't even see it, especially where I park, right in front of a busy grocery store in a nice town. The strap and snap are easy to secure under the rack to hold it onto the bike. There is even a small, metal-encircled hole in just the right place, so that I can lock my front tire, seat and this backpack cover onto my bike with my OnGuard 8062 Terrier 6mm x 7' Combination Lock, to stop the opportunity thieves. I used to use a garbage bag, but this fits in a trunk bag pocket, hardly weighs anything, and is waterproof, durable, and nicer looking. If I bungee it on, I'm sure that I can use it while riding in the rain, too, without it flapping around too much. The medium is plenty big enough even for my long Electra Townie, but I'm using the large gray one and will use the medium black one for my husband's bike.

PERFECT Outdoor Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbell Cover!!
Right from the start, I never used this to cover a backpack.I bought this in Feb 2017 because I thought it MIGHT fit over my bowflex dumbbells. With a new son in our 1 bedroom apartment the bowflex dumbbells had to find their way outside on the patio cuz Lightning McQueen was taking over!Long story shortThe medium 35-55 size fits perfectly over the dumbbells. This waterproof backpack cover has been outside, in the Los Angeles rain and other elements, EVERY SINGLE DAY since the day I got it and I have yet to see a drop of water on the dumbbells!!! What??? Yep. This cover has been phenomenal. The snap did get QUITE rusty and broke off of the elastic, which also turned out to be kinda weak AND the cover itself has faded quite a bit but, for what I needed, I have no problem with all of those imperfections.I would think that it would bother other people if those things went wrong so I'm giving it a 4 star.My dumbbells have lived the best life possible for having to be outdoors (and the cover is still holding up like a champ as I'm writing this)!UPDATE:One week after I posted this review my cover got a small rip in it! I posted the pic of the rip.The rip is on the part of the cover that is the most faded. To be honest, I'm not surprised that it got a rip. It's been so unfairly exposed to the elements for a long time. I'm not taking a star away, I'm actually ordering another one.

Meh, soaked through after 3 hrs
Bought this for camping trip in New Zealand. It fits my Kelty Coyote 80 well and initially I had high hopes. However, after getting caught in medium rain for 3 hours, this soaked through. Fortunately, my bag is water resistant enough that the contents--including my camera equipment--did not get wet.Might be ok for light duty, but if you expect to be hiking/camping in rain for any duration, get something better.
