TuskPilot Pannier Bags Black/Grey

Very tough and durable construction and materials. I bit of a fiddle to mount, but once you have all the straps adjusted, it’s a breeze. These seem larger than in the add. They hold quite a lot. Good value for the money.

The Tusk bags are well built & seem to be sturdy enough to take on the task of carrying stuff for the ride.I installed (home made) "stiffeners" inside each saddle bag to keep them formed instead of being in the collapsed state. I chose to get the "mounting plate kit" as I didn't want the web strapping running across the seat interfering with the oem luggage rack or wearing out the seat after days/months/years. Worked out well for me! I have not ridden in the mud or rough terrain yet to see how they hold up under pressure & abuse as I mainly ride the asphalt side of things. I can only give 4 stars because I just installed them & haven't gone exploring yet in the rain or in adverse weather conditions to determine how "durable" or "sturdy" they are. In either case, I am pleased with the way they look & how easy they un-attach from the Tusk Pannier Rack system. Good Job Tusk! Thanks!

These bags are the best soft bags you can get. Even went down on a river crossing and totally submerged a bag for almost a minute; they kept everything dry.

Tried to find a good replacement for my previous waterproof bags and came across these. Bought the Tusk heat shield and these are working out great so far. Will see about long term and if interchangeable with different bike but are definitely well made.As others have stated: hard to get all you want loaded inside but love how I can compress them down when not in use- instead of taking them off.

Best bang for the buck good materials and plenty of storage for my uses looks good holds fairly secure with the tusk rack didn’t tear after some lay downs on some single track but if they do I will get more. Can buy several sets of these vs one of other brands

If you try to attach these bags to a none-Tusk rack you must cross the straps over the seat and the horizontal straps can only tighten by compressing the contents of the bag. This means you have to loosen and adjust both straps on each bag to add or remove contents. When I returned them with that explanation I was charged a $23.20 restocking fee even though I had not attached them to the bike and had repacked them exactly as they were shipped. I won’t buy from this company again!If you are looking for panniers look at Wild Heart. Stainless inner plate. The vertical straps have hooks. Each corner has an independent strap. They are waterproof, hold 25L and are less expensive

They are made of very sturdy material and looked to be stitched very well especially for the price. The included waterproof bags seal the deal for what I’ll need.
