I ordered this conditioning cap due to the reviews. I have extremely dry 4c hair and needed something to use at home routinely, especially since the salons are closed indefinitely. This is the first time I have used it since I received it. My first impressions are: the cap heats quickly, but it does not have a timer dial like described on the site. Also, the cap cuts itself on and off after 15-20 minutes of use. I love this feature. I believe this probably a safety mechanism, but I really can’t be sure since the instructions don’t indicate that. But it remains warm in between so your hair is still reaping the benefits. The dial switch is not a dealbreaker for me and not worth wasting time returning. I just use Alexa or my phone for a reminder. One last thing, if you like detailed instructions for your devices, this is not for you. The cap is easy to use, but some people like an entire book with their devices. The limited instructions are on the side of the box. Again, that’s not a dealbreaker for me! Overall, I love it after this use. I will post another review after several uses.

Nice packaging, nice product. I have a big head and there’s plenty of room left. I have natural kinky hair. Wanted something for hot oil treatment, deep conditioners and moisture beyond using the heat from my own head. Gets warm and does so quickly, but not hot. Hard to burn yourself with this one. Gave it 4 stars because I was hoping for a little more heat. Not the end of the world as it provides more than nothing.

I’ve been looking fora good hair steamer for a long time to make curly hair. The speed of heating is okay for me. And it keeps inside of the hat warm. It has interlayer inside and mine is red, you can unzip it and see. I think that's the one can keep the temperatur. I like it very much and I used it for making my curly hair like 5 days ago and up to now, it's still good. One more thing is you can use it to do nutrition too. Put hair cream on and wear this steamer, 15 minutes is enough, my daughter did it. It worked very well too.

This is perfect for deep conditioning treatments. It gets hot enough without burning. I use this weekly, great price, great product. I have coarse and dry hair so weekly treatments are a must.

I bought this heating cap so I could give my hair that salon steaming effect. I used it for an oil treatment & also for deep conditioning. I loved the way my hair felt after the rinse. It did the job. Great product.

I decided to get an electric hat to decrease the time I would leave deep conditioner in my hair with a just a plastic cap. I love how the cap is a good size ( I have a big head so it fits comfortably 😂). It also gets warm but not too hot where the edges may burn your neck or ears. I use it for 30 mins for my deep conditioners & after my hair really feels moisturized.

It was getting hot i have not used it again til a week later now it don't get hot. Feel its a waste og money

It arrived lickety split!No instructions but I figured it out!Didn't come with cap. Didn't it say a cap--not just the apparatus itself?Gets warm but not hot. Wouldn't mind more heat for my very very 4c hair.Auto shut off after 30mins would be good. It seemed to cool after a time and then resurge. I guess timing is up to me. But at some point it should shut off for safety just in case it is forgotten on somehow.I have used it once.I am over all happy with the quality for the price.Good purchase.

Cap has a really nice soft rubberized feel to it. I really like how the heating element is separated from the cap itself so it makes you feel more safe when using it. The heating element works fairly fast and had a really nice dialled in way to adjust the temperature. Has a fairly big area of coverage and works great especially for big hair.

Wonderful heat application for when you’re conditioning your hair. Not super sexy but definitely comfy when it’s on. Very well made.
