Q: can you tell me if you can verify this is from Young Living

There is no way to verify that this is truly Young Living's oil because the distributor who is illegally selling their products on Amazon can dilute the oil and replace the lid with a new lid.

There are times Gary Young changes an oil for another that does the same job. The reasons can be varied. For instance, he stopped using birch because it comes from the bark of the tree and can harm that tree. Another reason can be that he's not happy with the quality of an oil because of weather or plant problems in the part of the world he's growing a crop. To get a specific answer for Joy, first I want to say, what the oil blend (Joy) does will never be compromised by Gary Young and Young Living. He is a bear for perfection.
