Q: Some state incompatibility with the official Pi cable. Would the official Pi cable work if it twisted to flip the contacts?

I don't know what you consider the "official Pi cable". This display comes with a 4" long 15-pin Type-A FFC cable. It connects directly between the display and the RPi Model 4B. The orientation of the cable makes it straight if the Pi is flipped directly behind the display. If you need the Pi in a different orientation, then you may have to purchase a longer cable and have it folded. Don't use a Type-B cable or the pins won't match. I have purchased 100 of these through Amazon for a product that I have designed, and am working with the factory for 1000 more before February. Osoyoo has been very responsive at all hours.

No drawings that I know of, but the dimensions are 120mm x 75mm x 13mm.
