Testing this product out for quieting the brain at night time (adhd)... my son actually got some sleep... 🏆🏆the tables are very large to swallow..

I discovered a couple of years ago that a magnesium defiency was a big part of me waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to get back to sleep. I began taking cheap magnesium supplements some time ago but had few benefits. This higher end magnesium supplement has significantly improved my quality of sleep in the last couple of weeks.When I first opened the bottle I was slightly intimidated by the very large black pills but it didnt take long for me to see results.I will have to keep monitoring it but so far so good !

JS Health's double strength magnesium tablets look like being two months' supply, but are actually one month's supply as you have to take two tablets. daily. The magnesium capsules contain high absorption types of magnesium within their formula. There are three types of magnesium: glycinate, citrate, and amino acid chelate. The total magnesium is 200mg per capsule. Magnesium contributes to cognitive and nervous system functioning and the maintenance of bones and teeth. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and protein synthesis and helps with sleep. Additionally, magnesium assists in sugar and carbohydrate metabolism and protein synthesis in the body. These tablets provide optimal levels of magnesium in an absorbable form to support nutrient levels in the bloodstream. They are vegan, free from gluten, GMOs, added sugar and yeast. I couldn't find the provenance of these tablets, although the Amazon page is helpful. There was no price available at the time of review, nor any availability.

These double strength magnesium tablets by JS HEALTH are in a plastic bottle with a strong seal, but they’re a bit off-putting as they’re very large and black in colour. I’m concerned that the bottle says to take two tablets daily making a total of 400gm a day whereas health authorities recommend women take no more than 310-320mg a day. I’m not happy to take too high a dose so will stay with one tablet a day.

Very easy to swallow, great packaging and well worth getting if you require this supplement.

I have been taking magnesium supplements for about 3 years now. I know it’s working great when I don’t get muscle cramps, my blood pressure is in the normal range, I sleep well, and I don’t get migraines as I would before consuming it. I feel great and have lots of energy.This magnesium supplement from JSHeath is formulated with three types of magnesium - glycinate, citrate, and amino acid chelate. It comes in an amber bottle with 60 tablets that I find are quite big. I don’t have a problem swallowing the tablet, but I reckon some people will. Not a big issue though, as you can simply cut it to make it easier to go down. It’s recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily, so this bottle will last for 1 or 2 months.The tablets are suitable for vegans, made without animal products, artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners, dairy, eggs , gluten, lactose, msg, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, sucralose, and wheat.After taking these capsules for about 4 weeks, I continue to feel great, sleep well at night and no muscle cramps, therefore I know that they are working for me.Priced at £16.99 (at the time of writing), it seems reasonable for the quality and formulation. They could be a great alternative if I can’t find my regular brand.

Easy to swallow and doesn't have any nasty tastes.Seems to be of high quality.Good value.
