The media could not be loaded.  I work from home and I’m slouching a lot to the point where it’s physically uncomfortable. This little item helps me to unlearn slouching and pushes up my posture. It’s not magic and it’s not a medical device, so it won’t relieve your pain or solve any of your medical problems. However, its value is two-fold. First, it naturally pushes you to sit up and makes you unlearn your unhealthy slouching habits. Second, the time you spend sitting up straight (or standing up straight) relieves certain symptoms of back pain that I accumulated through my bad posture. I use it when I go walking as part of my exercise routine, and when I sit in front of my computer working. Often, I started to naturally feel like I need to wear it when I sit slouching for too long and my back starts feeling uncomfortable.

Been wearing a few days now on and off as didn't want to wear too long to start with in case it caused stress to my muscles with changing my posture. I have found it very comfortable, the straps are wide enough not to dig in and it is light weight so that you don't actually know you're wearing it until you take it off. When you take it off you realise how bad your posture is without it. I have worn it over my t-shirt mainly as I have been at home and not out and about. I did try it under my t-shirt but found that a piece of the velcro had a little corner that was a bit sharp but I just rounded it off with a pair of small scissors and it is fine now. I find this happens with velcro most of the time, it's just the nature of it. Didn't find it a problem. I would recommend using this support if you are sat at a computer for a long period and it will help enormously with your posture.

I bought this because I’ve found working from home I’ve been suffering more back pain than usual. I feel like this product works really well - it’s quite a light support (though you can adjust it) so it’s comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I always wear it over my clothing however so I’m not sure if it would be as uncomfortable under clothes.

It arrived on time and is a perfect fit (make sure you get the measurement correct). Wore it for the fist time on a long walk and it helped me to be more upright. Normally I have an ache at the top of my shoulder and neck but not this time. Definitely recommend this product.

The corrector was far too small despite being described as large and was immediately returned. The e-mail address shown on the accompanying documentation does not seem to exist and there was no telephone number shown to enable the matter to be discussed. Not very helpful at all.I am still looking or a suitable posture corrector.

Although I used to do contemporary dance when I was younger, I found that changing to an office job, spending hours behind a computer and studying, I began to slouch. This quality piece of equipment will help with this. Although I haven't had it for very long, I have confidence with and Avida products.

Product is comfortable to wear. I got large and it fits correctly but there's a good bit of velcro to tighten it loosen. It's easy to put on and is invisible under clothes. I've been wearing it for an hour each day and the only gripe I have would be that it would be nicer to have it pull back on shoulders more.

Purchased for my Daughter who is very tall and wants to improve her posture. This is much better than the posture supports that just go under your armpits and is surprisingly comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase and think it is reasonably priced.
