Excellent quality and value for the price. I like to purchase my sugar-free baking items and this is a new brand for me. Contents were sealed, packed appropriately and fresh when I opened it. Great texture; will say during transit the contents did "harden" to the container it was shipped in but I gently shook the contents before opening and the quality was not compromised and the product returned to the fine powder form.

Because this product is powdered, it might be good for baking but not as good as granular Erythritol in Tea/Coffee.I have been using Granular Erythritol for a while, always organic, and it tasted better than this. Now I'm not sure if that's because its powdered and not granular or because it simply doesn't taste as good. I wanted to buy granular from this brand BUT they don't do organic. So I couldn't.

Good quality, tasty, unfortunately package was ripped so it 'dusts' out every time I use it

Excellent replacement for sugar. I mix in a little sucralose to make it sweeter.

I will be using this instead of other sugar substitutes.

You have to use way to much to enhance the sweetness from this product.

Use this for making cream for cakes and etc and making bubble tea. Works so well. Taste just like sugar, and it’s organic! Even better. No more diabetes!!

This works really well in my Keto recipes. I use the powdered on for cheesecake, ice cream etc and the grandular for other baking needs.

Excellent product that has allowed me to discover keto baking . Bakes and tastes like icing sugar without the insulin spike and calories

Can be used for a low sugar intake.

This is such a small package, I know it's not regular icing sugar but it's super expensive for the size and the sweetener taste really terrible and very much like aspartame.
