Item is not fit for purpose. It is not a spin bike, Or even a decent exercise bike, like other reviews we purchased before any reviews have been posted due to huge delay in item arriving from China.Item is very poor quality, seat height is not suitable for anyone over 5’5, handlebars are low and not very steady and the pedals don’t stay on safely to anything other than gentle riding. Not what you expect for a £300 price tag.When dealing with the seller they have been extremely difficult. First the refused my refund saying the bike was fine, then said if I pay to have the item shipped back to China they will consider it! At a cost of £150 to courier back this is not acceptable!Awful product, awful customer service - avoid at all costs.

I’ve had to shield for 12 weeks due to COVID-19 and needed something to allow me to exercise without taking up too much room. This product fitted the bill perfectly. It is compact and takes up very little space and is very quiet.

It is what it is- disappointing not like normal spin bikes, but it does the job. I’m 5ft if you are taller will not be suitable. Ok for my height and shorter people. A lot of reviews are stating peddles falling off, I haven’t had that issue, do wonder if they didn’t attach them properly. Can still do RPM/SPIN so as said does the job!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!Item is not sturdy enough for regular use. Thread on pedal wore out in less than a year of occasional use and seller does not want to know! Claims warranty has worn out but I can find no mention of a warranty which I would have expected to be a year in any event.Seller is now ignoring my emails and so I am left with a pile of useless metal and plastic!Never again will I purchase anything from overseas because when anything goes wrong they simply do not want to know!All this despite me returning a second bike that they shipped to me in error as I received emails from the employee who made the blunder who was terrified of losing his job and being unable to feed his family.Based on the numerous poor reviews, Amazon should remove this seller from their site in order to protect consumers.

I understood the delays in getting this bike, which would not have been my first option, but when trying to locate a spin bike at the start of lockdown was the only one available but the description and picture looked OK.It is not OK. I am only 5'4 and is still too small for me but given I can't see ever being able to return and get a refund I'm having to make do. Although I get more exercise jumping off it every 5 mins to tighten all the screws back up again!!DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Excellent product

Seems a good product buts it's just very small. I'm 5"11 and the max height doesnt quite feel appropriate still. But still a good little bike.
