Great for physical therapy
Let me tell you one thing first. Buy it! Honestly the quality far exceeded my expectations. Bought this for physical therapy. The bands do not have seams. Therefore it shouldn't pop. I was able to use the bands with and without my leg brace. The instructions provide exercises, but doesn't clearly explain the loop bands. I suggest google. It comes with everything you see.

Exercise doesn’t need to be complicated, just convenient!
I love these! I had a second-hand set that was missing some bands and was pretty worn, and this set blows them away! Love the extras, too... the towel is very absorbent, the arm band fits and holds my phone (I don’t care if I’m fashionable and the phone has to go somewhere, so why not?), and the door insert let’s me do more exercises in my office than I could before. The bands and tubes themselves are great, more soft/flexible than the old set I had, and easy to wipe clean when I’m done. Some folks have questioned whether the bands are accurate to their listed rating, and as far as I can tell they are... same expected resistances as my old set, but now I’m not missing any of the intermediate ones. Combining them gets you even more options so there should be something here for everyone.I love being able to not only do so many strength exercises at work, but also to be able to bundle up everything back into the pouch and tuck it into my desk when I’m done with my break. It seems like a lot of thought went into the items included in this set, and I’m very happy with the value for what I paid.

A great price for such a complete kit of this quality.
My husband got this resistance bands kit to use for his work as an Occupational Therapist. He sees elderly home health patients so he needed something that would be versatile, compact, and cost-effective. This kit had everything he was looking for and more.He was mainly looking for resistance bands and these are a good quality overall. The color coding is bright and makes it very easy to identify each band by the resistance level. The main two exercises that he uses these resistance bands with patients are: “upright rows” and “bicep curls”. These two exercises are easy for any age to be able to do with these bands. The booklet with exercise examples is also handy to have. The carabiners appear to be a good quality and easy to clip. The other hardware that is included also seems to be strong and a good quality overall. The door anchor that is used for the resistance bands is an okay quality. It should not be an issue unless there is a large gap between your door and doorframe. It is soft enough that it should not damage your doors so that is a big plus.We were not really needing an arm case for a cell phone but it was a nice extra to have. My son is wanting that but he hasn’t gotten it yet :). I am including photos with my husband’s iPhone XR. Not the Max, just the regular size XR. This arm case will work for our iPhones which are iPhones 10, XR, and 11. However, these newer iPhones are heavier than the older ones so make sure you strap it securely if you are using a newer phone. Also, the back camera is pretty much covered up on the arm band. I can’t imagine that many people would be taking their arm band off to take pictures but just in case, you may have some issues. This phone case will work best with people who have smaller arms. Definitely a nice extra to have included in this kit. The same goes for the cooling towel. My husband has not tried that yet so I can’t really comment on it other than to say that it is a nice extra to have. This kit is small and compact for grabbing and going which is exactly what my husband needed. A drawstring “sack bag” style would be ideal for carrying everything together. This kit has a small one included that holds just the resistance bands but all of this would fit nicely in a bigger bag of the same style. That is what my husband is planning to do with all of the pieces in this kit in order to keep everything together. He is still using the original box for now, until he gets a sack. This is a really great value overall and so far, my husband says he would definitely buy this again.

Now I can get a good workout at home
I had twins 8 months ago and have been wanting to work on getting back into shape. Unfortunately I'm not able to go the the gym right now. I had taken my home workouts as far as I could using just body weight but the reps I needed to reach fatigue were getting ridiculous. I was looking for something to increase my intensity without breaking the bank. I love that this comes with so many options. It gives me the ability to get a good intense workout from the comfort of my own home. I'm already seeing improvements in my fitness after just a week of working out with these.

Great exercise bands, using daily
Been using these bands for a couple days alreast and love them. My wife also uses these when she exercises. I mostly use the bands for warm up and recovery between weightlifting, but my wife uses them during her workout. I really love the door jam attachment and use it the most. Also its really awesome you get a cell phone holder and cooling towel too. Extras are always appreciated :)

Wow. Superior set of bands
These are excellent work our bands. I have only bought individual bands on the past. This set has everything you need for a full body workout. It comes with bands, the hand grips, the ankle straps and more. It can be combined set up for extra weight. They are high quality and get the job done!

Good but not Super
It was hard to star this at a 4. I feel like it does deserve a 5, so take away right now that ultimately, it is a pretty good 5 outta 5. However, the only issue and complaint I have are the actual bands. Not the resistant bands or the equipment for those. The resistant bands are amazing! Haven't encountered ANY issues with them, and I use them 4x weekly. The thigh/squat bands however, are a pain to really work with. They're okay to use against the calves, and work on squats like that, but around the thighs are huge no-go for me. They just roll and get very painful. So I'll be using them at the bottom of my legs. And if that's their intended purpose then hooray, I learned something new for THIS in particular. Otherwise, i do not recommend using them on your upper thighs. BUT, for Durability, QUALITY, function, all of that, I ABSOLUTELY recommend them. Especially to take on the go. They'll fit in a small gym bag, maybe a large tote or even a medium purse. I may come back and change my review star to 5, after I test the thigh bands on the lower legs, and see if there's anyway I can use them elsewhere.
