Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star (2017) Split AC (185 EYR, Wine Red)

The AC works well and it cools down my 150sqft room in less than 5 minutes. But there is only one problem.. The fan in inner unit is noisy (like high speed ceiling fan) when run at medium or high speed. No noise is felt at low speed. Hence, if you are okay with some noise then go with it. For us the AC works well in low speed and usually you don't need to run the fan at medium speed.

It's been 2-3 days I started using it.My AC is not cooling at all, initially I thought it is fixing itself or may be i am not so familiar with the functionalities. On 2nd day I realized there is some issue with cooling feature.I have just registered complaint to VOLTAS.I will update my feedback once the issue is resolved.

Installation pipe was missing

Never go for such things if you don't have loads to spend.INR 5300 for installation that too without any extra use of copper pipe or something. Just core cutting+std install+GST+drain pipe+electrical work.Std installation while purchasing was written on the webpage as INR 1500 but later after delivery it was changed to INR 1500+Taxes. Why should one have such extra burden? No body is gonna tell you before you buy. Everything is rosy cozy before you purchase.Installation Voltas technicians are impolite.Never go for such brands and i believe its the same with every other brand. Pathetic! Lost my peace of mind and 40k.

Ac seems good but drain pipe was missing. Installation charges 4000 including I meter extra copper pipe and drain pipe. Which is pathetic. Cooling is good not that bad. Design is not great. Cooling take time as water not flowing much from drain pipe. Overall cost me 48k which is expensive. I can't return as I don't have box and I fixed it. To wall. Disappointed.COOLING ISSUE APPEAR. NOT GOOD AC PLEASE DONT BUY

Worst product experience because of dealership and service challenges. Within 1 month if installation the ac stopped working and no service even after repeated calls. The worst Experience from Voltas because of weak distribution challenge. As usual Amazon has no say in it, When seller,distributor,dealer,manufacturer is not in sync you have to clear all mess by yourself.Never buy electrical goods from from ekarts.

I am using this since last one week, everything good except small noice at high speed with indoor unit.

Good product, Reviewed after using of 10days. This AC cool my 150sqft room in less than 5 minutes. Fan in an indoor unit makes some noise like an aircooler or tower fan. Because, this unit contain a powerful fan in it. Even in low speed you can feel that force of an airflow with very minimal noise. Then remote size looks like an old cordless phones and there is no backlight in display for night usage.
