I bought this Dec 2019 and though they said it was an upgrade from the old version I am disappointed. The sound quality is bad, and so I need to put my volume up to 90 to 100% to listen to music. The case that houses the ear plugs does not recharge and does not charge the buds either.I would prefer the older version! That lasted a lot longer and I only had to buy this one because I lost them.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER A FEW USES.One of the headphones has completely stopped working within a week of occasional use.Sound quality average at best. Maximum volume not loud enough, only useful if using them in a quiet room. If you want to use these in a gym look elsewhere.They constantly fall out the ear, to get any bass you have to push them right into the ear, but every time doing that will play/pause the song which is annoying.Other reviews extremely misleading, save your money and buy something else.

Have been using these regularly in the gym now for nearly a month and very pleased with them. Charged them up this morning for the first time - great battery life.

I am very satisfied with this purchased . I like the idea of the small charging box that keep your headphones always charged . Good sound and quality overall . I'm happy with this purchase . Everything comes nicely packed.
