I sometimes get really deep pimples on my forehead from my riding helmet that are painful, but impossible to treat with other acne patches because they're too far below the surface to be drawn out. These patches are pricey, but they work in that situation when nothing else does. The little spikes don't hurt when they go into your skin, and they get into deep acne to help treat it. I have very sensitive skin and haven't had any irritation using these.

I have tried at least a million (or everything the market, doctors, or pharmacies have ever offered) for my acne (I'm an expert, I've had it for over 48 years). Hands down - this is the best product out there for spot treatment. I use one of these pad/patch combos and 80% of the time - my pimple will have met it's fate. On certain occasions, I have had to use the combo two nights in a row - but then the results are 100%. I keep dozens of these on hand just in case!!
