It's all to like. A common spice used in European cuisine. When ground it just adds flavor.

I like the convenience and the wonderful caraway taste. I only wish they would specify if it is gluten free. I assume it is as they emphasize that it is exclusively ground caraway seed, but they don’t talk about the equipment that it was ground on. It seems that it is not widely realized that for people with celiac disease it is vital to know if something is gluten free or not. I am sure a lot more products are than they are actually labeled GF. It would make life so much easier for a lot of folks if they were.

It is hard to find ground caraway in most stores. This is an essnetial ingredient in many German, Austrian and eastern European dishes. This container has more caraway than I'll ever need again but is good value for the money. I think kitchens and restaurants feeding larger nnumber of people would really appreciate this.

Use it a lot in the fall and winter saved $ and time.

Good spice good price.

Use it to make caraway rye bread. Rye bread just isn’t the same without it, but for some reason caraway is hard to find in stores here.

To expensive, but good product.
