Holding up well one year later. I do wish hardware was labeled better but i do have some building knowledge so was able to tell what was what. Took me about a week of working on it during the evening on my own to build it. Kids love it

We got this swing set as an early Christmas gift for our kids. It took my husband and I one whole day to build it. Sun up to sun down while being interrupted by 3 kids every 5 minutes. It took almost 2 weeks to get delivered but I think that was because they needed to schedule a time for a delivery company to deliver it. I had to be here for the delivery. Our swing set came in one huge box. It was probably 7 feet by 4 feet and about 1 foot tall. Delivery driver said it was 400 pounds. Upon opening it, it was broken down into 7 smaller boxes and the 2 slides. So we just moved those boxes to our desired building area. The boxes were not organized at all. We had to break open the first 3 boxes just to get all the pieces for the first 2 pages alone. The screws were labeled horribly!! We had to measure pretty much every screw before we used it. The wood was labeled ok. A little faint but I managed fine. We had to measure and drill some of our own holes as well so that took more time. Over all it wasn’t too terrible of a build. I pretty much organized everything and got all the pieces that we needed for each page of instruction while my husband put it together. The kids are very happy with the build. We did have a bunch of extra screws and 6 xtra pieces of wood. We were short one slide spike.

Absolutely love this swing set. I searched high and low for the perfect swing set. My husband's only request was no tube slide, which was a huge bummer, but when I cam across this set, I fell in love! I went ahead and ordered extra accessories like the steering wheel and view finder, but it came with those! And two flags! The little picnic area could be a little sturdier. I tried to sit on it and was afraid it would snap, but it's perfect for my 5 yr old. They also upgraded us to the double wind surfer instead of the single one because they ran out! Not complaining here haha. One of our roof shingle pieces snapped while trying to put the roof together and the manufacturer was nice enough to send a replacement at no cost. We were also missing the big slide screws, which they are sending as well, but my husband used other similar screws for the time being.I also ordered this set specifically because it was supposed to be delivered within a week and a half from purchased. It was a scheduled the delivery. My only disappointment was when the day of delivery I was told that the set had JUST left their facility so it wouldnt be here until the next week. Thankfully, the freight company was able to deliver it during the weekend, 3 days early, and amazon was nice enough to give us a credit for the delay and lack of communicationOverall, we are very happy with this set. My daughter spends all day/everyday outside playing!

Be prepared to drill new holes, measure a lot of wood and screws, and pay very close attention to the instructions which only help so much. You may need to adjust the order of how you build it. Highly recommend a speed square, impact driver, and drill, a table just for the screws and bolts alone, DO Not take everything out at once, keep all parts per box together. The boards are poorly labeled, and the list may at times be the only thing you have to go on. Most but not all parts of each build are in one box. If you have the equipment like saws, and such, you'd save money by downloading the instructions and building it yourself from scratch, and probably have a stronger structure. The wood feels like foam, and is also covered in what looks like fiberglass. Make sure you spray it down before your kids play on it. Also, the 2 1/2in deck screws are not 2 1/2 ins, they are 2 1/4th

Excellent..!!! I liked it a lot, but they should improve the assembly instructions, very difficult, the information is very distorted, after all everything is excellent...!!

Product is nice & affordable. Instructions were fairly easy to follow.Disappointed pieces/parts weren't all labeled, but just take the hour or so to sort out & label them with tape prior to beginning the install. Also to make sure all parts are included and nothing missing (in my case I had a board that didn't match any of the dimensions listed in the instructions and ended up missing some hardware which would've taken forever to inventory properly ahead of time).Instructions didn't mention anything about pre-drilling for mounting the slides, but I would suggest doing so as two of the boards split when screwing the slides down. I contacted the manufacturer and they were very prompt in responding and sending replacement lumber. It took about 7 days from contact to receiving the package and unfortunately I had to make two separate requests as the first hardware pack was 1 truss screw short. Also instructions show the final product differently from the online photos (online photos show opening under smaller slide vs. instructions showing covered with panels). Contacted the mfr and again they responded promptly saying either way is fine.All in all I'm happy with the set, just wish I didn't need to wait two weeks for additional parts & hardware.

Top of the line product, very well designed and very sturdy. Highly recommend buying this swing set. If I had any complaint it would be that it would have been a easier to assemble if all pieces were labeled, but not a problem building it
