This one detects the upside-down position and switches on automatically. Another great feature: the salt stays inside it does not create a mess behind the device as the grinding hole is at the top when stored. It grinds well salt rocks and pepper . The only thing the material at the top gets some stains when fingers are greasy but that's a minor thing I noticed as it fades after using it often. So far so good hoping this good performance will last In time.

These are brilliant to use as I suffer from arthritis in my hands and all you have to do is lift it from the table top and turn it over and the salt and pepper just flows out I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their hands makes life very easy.

Works fine initially.However, pepper mill suddenly stopped working after a couple of months.You won't get a refund after 30 days.Don't bother.

This pepper grinder supposedlybhas an adjustment to change the size of the grinding. Unfortunately even with the grinder on the finest setting large lumps of pepper grain still come through.Not suitable for producing normal required fine pepper particles.

I love this grinder. It is so easy to use, nothing to press - just tilt it beyond the horizontal and it grinds effortlessly. As someone who likes a lot of pepper in my cooking, it saves my hands and wrists from the ache of manual grinding!

It feels high-tech.Put the battery on the product, it can automatically grind powder upside down, very smart, and grinding into two grades, grinding powder has two kinds of thickness, very convenient and labor-saving!

After less than a month clip that holds grinder came off and ended up in the salt. Was able to to fish it out but no way to reattach it and even if I could, would probably fall right back off. Supposed to be adjustable grind - NO.. Blue light not as good as white light to see how much salt/pepper is being ground. Fun to use but mostly suitable for ornamental purposes. (Bought two and the other one is still working, so far)

Being our first battery operated mill. Works really well. Effortless with no clogging.
